If I had gone home with the earrings I could have understood but I was still in the store and the jewelry in their bags after my purchases ..... I don't find it commercial at all I advise you to be sure of your purchases if you go there me in any case I do not recommend this sign me I will not go any more for sure pffff really disappointed especially that when I got home a pair was defective but I don't 'would not exchange we do not exchange the earrings and they do not reimburse, be careful.
