Ghislaine Morille: Excellent weekend spent in this warm, clean, well-equipped and quiet apartment, close to Old Lille. We were 4 adults and there was plenty of room for each of us. Excellent contact also with the owner whom I thank! An experience that we will renew without hesitation. I recommend.

Raffaella Ascheri: Appartement très confortable et propre, très bien équipé et avec une très belle salle de bain avec une position stratégique au cœur de la ville. Juliette m’a accueillie pour me donner tous les renseignements, ça a été très sympa. Je recommande fortement Stay Apart pour de séjours à Lille.
Phaethon: Conclusion: AVOIDThe good:-Good quality linen and towels-Cleanliness in the room and the communal areas-washing machine use in the communal area is free-proximity to the Lille town-CenterThe bad:-from personal perspective, the size of the rooms should accommodate max 1 person and not 2. Even for 1 person though, this is not a good value for money compared to other airbnb availabilities in the vicinity of Lille Centre.-water quality is not as good as in other buildings/apartments of the same area. The faucet water does not taste potable and does not clean soap easily from your hands.-The vagrants of the area frequent the small road outside of the front door of the building and use it as their toilet -in the middle of the day-!-communication with Mrs. Juliette is not as good as would be expected. When requesting information for parking she mentioned that the cost per day in the closest parking (Effia) is 8Euros per day. At check-in when requested again for a second time where to park the car, we had been again directed to use the EFFIA for 8 Euros per day, but she did not mention or explained that she would need to give us a special promo-discount that she has available. This was a major slip on her side, costing us the equivalent of +(1-2) days of accommodation. She did not offer to cover this in any way.

richard sidi: Un appartement idéalement situé à Lille, très bien décoré, propreté impeccable, lumineux, décoré avec goût et un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Pratique d'accès et indépendant. C'est la seconde fois que j'y retourne et à nouveau je n'ai pas été déçu. Une literie grand confort qui permet de dormir merveilleusement. Une bonne adresse.
Patrick Dedryver: Ideal location in the city center. Super nice decoration. Very comfortable bedding. Well maintained and very clean apartment. Very nice home. I highly recommend without hesitation. We can not be better to spend a stay in Lille.
