Rituel Lille: I came to pick up a parcel at the relay point, I do not understand the previous comments. I had a very warm welcome from the manager, my package was perfect, especially since it was something fragile. One stone killed two birds, I couldn't resist buying a bouquet of flowers, which lasted two weeks in my living room. Quality flowers that hold up well. We pay the price but we get what we pay for. I highly recommend this lovely shop.

Claire Arnaud: This evaluation is not for the florist part but for the relay point part. I am appalled to see the lack of respect shown by the owner towards the packages. I arrive in this charming little shop first surprise the mask absolutely badly worn for an owner who coughs everywhere. The request for parcels follows. He immediately claims to have only one of my parcels and refuses to look for the second, insisting several times with the phrase "miss, I don't have your parcel". He scans the first one, and looks at me saying "it's strange they tell me that I have 2 packages in your name". I explain to him again that I have received two packages in his shop and ask him to look. Comes the worst m, shocking research. The owner, while constantly repeating "I don't have your package miss" lifts boxes, looks at the name and throws the packages into the room when the name does not match. A real lack of organization. I have never seen so many packages being mishandled. To finally find my package under a pile of other packages. I would not have insisted I think I would never have seen it. Honestly I do not judge the florist side, but the relay point side to avoid as much as possible! Lack of organization and big lack of respect towards the parcels. I'm honestly lucky mine didn't break. If you can go somewhere else, go somewhere else!

Argyris Apostolidis: I contacted the repair service for my broken sofa. I sent them the receipt from the online order and a photo of the sofa, and they initially argued that they couldn't fix it because the colors weren't the same, even though they definitely were. Afterwards, they said that the sofa was out of warranty. Despite my offer to pay whatever the cost might be, they still insisted they couldn't fix it.

Adrien Masurel: 5 stars for the staff at the Lille store, who were extremely accommodating with my problem of a lost package following an order placed on the website. The customer service of the website has shown itself to be totally incompetent and rigid in the face of an error that is theirs to manage. Nous avons acheté un ensemble de tables de salons en verre et métal noir, au bout d’une semaine la table en métal présentait plusieurs griffes alors que nous faisons attention, refus de leur part de l’échanger ou de la reprendre sous prétexte qu’il n’y aura pas eu de retour sur ce modèle précédemment…. De retour au magasin nous constatons pourtant que les tables identiques en expo présentent le même problème, réponse du magasin oui mais ce sont des tables en expo les gens posent des choses dessus 🙃🙃🙃, non mais sérieusement !!! En résumé si vous achetez des meubles chez eux ils ne doivent servir qu’a être exposés et ne peuvent pas être utilisés 🤬🤬🤬🤬. Magasin à fuir, cher pour ce que qu’on vous vend. Nous sommes extrêmement déçus.

Voici en effet les faits: ce matin nous allons chercher notre commande, un gros fauteuil assez lourd pour nous (70 ans). Nous nous garons devant l’entrée et demandons au vendeur de m’aider à le porter dans mon coffre (10m à franchir). « ah non monsieur c’est interdit par notre règlement intérieur »!!!! Je fais venir la directrice qui me confirme que c’est interdit dans les procédures. Je fais valoir que les règles sont faites pour les humains et non l’inverse, en vain.
