Mpembele dienda Lisa: Je déconseille vivement, laissez moi vous raconter mon expérience…J’y suis allée à plus de 3 reprises et les trois dernières fois ont été désastreuses ( pose de vernis semi permanent )1ère fois : l’on s’occupe de moi étant énervée que la cliente précédente ne soit pas satisfaite de son résultat, mes ongles ont été limés bien trop fort, les cuticules me faisaient mal à premier abord mais à la fin de la manucure, ils étaient en sang. J’ai bougé sans faire exprès de la lampe UV ( ce qui a retiré le vernis ) et on le dit « Regardez, regardez ce que vous avez fait ». Je trouve qu’il y a d’autres manières de dire les choses.2eme fois : pendant qu’on s’occupait de moi, la prothésiste retire ses propres capsules avec ses dents. Pour ensuite me toucher. Sans gel. Ce n’est pas hygiénique du tout. Son « Je vous ai pas touché ?! » démontrait certes sa préoccupation face à la clientèle mais aussi sa conscience face à ses actes.3eme fois : j’ai fais une dépose, la machine était trop chaude, je l’ai signalé. Je suis rentrée chez moi avec les ongles très douloureux.Je poste ce commentaire deux semaines après la dépose car mes ongles sont toujours douloureux et rouges d’apparence.Je venais faute de moyens mais c’est fini !Service:Manicure
