Je mets un avis suite à une situation vu hier soir d’un jeune homme hautain avec une employée pour une simple histoire de boisson dans le frigidaire. Il est vrai que le personnel n’es pas très souriant mais ils restent tous professionnel et aimable. Et lorsque que nous regardons objectivement, a chaque fois que je m’y rends ce sont toujours les clients qui sont méprisants envers eux. Si les clients leurs apportaient plus de respect et de bienveillance, il y aurait moins de commentaires négatifs. Bon courage aux employés et plus encore à la jeune femme d’hier soir qui a su rester patiente.
