J'avais alors acheté 2 bouteilles (un Mercurey en plus pour une addition à presque 100 euros). Je retourne le lendemain pour signaler un problème au caviste (sans attendre aucune compensation ça peut arriver). Réponse du monsieur : "vous n'avez pas la bouteille, je ne peux pas la renvoyer au laboratoire donc je ne peux rien faire pour vous" ok.... je m'en vais et je lui dis " vous ne voulez pas savoir au moins laquelle des deux c'était ?". Cette personne n'a rien de commercial et s'est trompé de métier. Mon grand père était client Nicolas, mon père était client Nicolas, j'étais client Nicolas et pourtant je n'y remettrai plus jamais les pieds. Passez votre chemin
