Hugo Leblois: Nous sommes venus en ayant réservée une table pour 7 personnes. Quand nous sommes arrivées, le serveur avait oublié notre réservation et il a du faire bouger des gens pour qu'on puisse s'asseoir.Un 2ème serveur est arrivé mais il ne savait pas parler en français, uniquement en portugais, heureusement qu'on avait une personne qui parlait très bien le portugais.Le serveur nous a proposé différentes boissons alors qu'il ignorait quels sont les boissons disponibles et il ne connaît pas son stock.Nos boissons sont arrivées après plus d'une demi-heure d'attente, j'avais pris un coca cola zero ce qui est assez simple à préparer.Des gens assis à une table ont dû dire au serveur ce qu'ils avaient pris pour pouvoir payer.La musique d'ambiance est beaucoup trop forte, on n'arrivait même pas à se parler.Des personnes à une autre table sont arrivées à 19h15 et ils ont eu leurs plats vers 22h15.Le serveur passait son temps à boire des jus au lieu de débarrasser des tables.Mon voisin de table a eu son plat quand les autres personnes de la table ont fini leurs plats après qu'on ait attendus les plats pendant plus d'une heure et demie.La décoration est sympa surtout la fresque.Les plats sont très bons.C'était la première et la dernière fois que je venais dans ce resto.À éviter sauf si vous avez envie de vous retrouver dans une camera cachée et d'attendre longtemps avant de manger.

Ugo Pellegrini: Alors, Ce lieu est très sympathique et le goût des plats et présent, Cependant je vais préciser les points négatifs, pour commencer déjà le prix qui est pour un plat et non un menu à 16€ minimum ce que je trouve énorme comparé à ce qui est servie, les plats sont copieux et sont bon en revanche ce que je note et qui m’a énormément déçu pour un restaurant comme celui la c’est la sauce qui navré de le préciser n’est absolument pas maison, on retrouve la même qualité dans un kebab... assez déçu des crudités également servi, donc côtés négatifs le prix, la sauce, et les crudités, les points positifs l’amabilité du personnel le goût de la viande et qui est bonne et de très bon cocktail ça je l’admet, je recommande tout de même.

Valentin Dedrie: Je suis allé mangé au Fleur le 3 juin 2023 au soir. C’était à l’occasion d’un anniversaire, nous étions 13 au total. L’endroit est plutôt sympa, rien à dire. J’ai commandé le trio de tartare en formule plat-dessert(sans boisson). Une formule à 29€, prix plutôt correct. Je mange mon premier tartare, tout va bien. Arrive le deuxième tartare, en mangeant ce dernier j’ai retrouvé un morceau de plastique assez grand et surtout assez pointu. Je ne veux pas imaginer si je l’avais avalé. Suite à ça, j’appelle directement le chef de salle (soixantaine d’années, grisonnant avec une moustache). Il vient à notre table, il récupère le morceau de plastique et part en cuisine. Pas un mot, pas une excuse. J’ai du l’interpeller pour demander des comptes, il m’a dit qu’on verrait à la fin du repas. Suite à cela, appétit coupé, je n’ai pas terminé mon assiette. Ce monsieur ne m’a meme pas proposé de remplacer mon assiette, car selon lui j’avais mangé les 3/4 du plat. À la fin du repas le chef de salle envoie un de ses employés à notre table. Il me dit « on vous fait 10% sur votre formule ». 10% sur une formule à 29€, c’est un peu se moquer du monde. Je suis donc allé voir directement ce monsieur. On avait une table de 13 personnes, commandé plusieurs bouteilles de vin, etc… Me proposer 10% (2,90€ sur le formule), c’était un peu la goute d’eau qui a fait déborder le vase. Au final j’ai eu -25% toujours sur ma formule, mais bon, en bataillant avec lui pendant 5min. Bref fuyez ce restaurant, ce n’était pas un comportement professionnel.

Specifically, I looked at the few negative reviews received and the responses from the manager of this account. I admired that the restaurant stands up for their food, as the reality is that the customer does not necessarily always have to be right.I had a 3-course meal, and simply put it was of high-quality, well presented and delicious. You can easily notice that they really care about their food here.The starter was light and flavorful, the Welsh was generous and outstanding, and it is impossible to forget about the dessert which was the recommendation of the chef. Fantastic.As for the service, I was treated very well, and the servers had no issue speaking English.If I ever get the chance to come back to Lille, there is no doubt that I will be returning to this place!

Dani Moon: The food was really incredible, but the whole thing took far too long.We (as a party of 2) ordered the 7 course menu but all in all there are actually about 10 courses when you include aperitifs and pre dessert etc. We were there over 3 and a half hours, we were eating fast but there was often 30-40 minutes between courses making it feel very slow and long and not the standard I expected from a restaurant like this. By the time we finished the mains I was exhausted and tempted to skip the two dessert courses and just go home.The staff were friendly and very nice, explained all the menu and each course in English. Overall the kitchen just let down the experience on the timing of this as I didn’t expect to be the first into the restaurant and still there close to closing time.Overall, I probably would not go back or recommend this as an experience to friends and family despite the good food.

A real pleasure to taste these dishes bringing together products from the 4 corners of the world, to make a successful and colorful alliance of flavors. This diversity of flavors is also reflected in the presentation, which some may find messy, but which suits me perfectly. The value for money is good and above all the service is friendly and very good advice for wine. The small room requires reservations, but makes the environment of this tasting more pleasant.Only downside: no air conditioning in this period of high heat.

Malika TAALBI DEVILLE: Superbe expérience ! Nous y avons mangé avec notre fils de 15 ans et nous avons adoré le menu 5 plats. Un petit regret de ne pas avoir essayé le 7 plats quand on a vu les pâtes cuisinées dans la meule de parmesan et flambées. Les plats sont plein de goûts et parfaitement assaisonnés, Les saveurs sont travaillées à la perfection, le pré dessert et le dessert étaient vraiment extra, le personnel est très sympathique, le service est efficace, l'endroit est joli. Le rapport qualité prix de ce restaurant est vraiment excellent. Je recommande vivement Le Jane ! Encore merci pour ce bon moment !

leeroy ployaert: Nous y sommes allé pour les 40 ans d'un ami. Je tiens à signaler l'excellent accueil du jeune serveur, malgré le fait que nous étions un peu agité. Il a été très professionnel, patient et de bon conseil en plus d'être très souriant!Concernant les plats l'entrée a base de betteraves et de viande des Grisons était très bonne (et très joliment présentée).La pièce de boeuf grillée en plat était excellente, petit bémol par contre pour l'accompagnement de légumes sans vraiment de saveur et beaucoup trop cuits (quand les brocolis commencent à ressembler à une purée verte, c'est pas top, mais bon ça n'a pas non plus gâché le plat).Le café gourmand était top (j'avais du mal a choisir entre les desserts mais du coup c'était réglé avec le café gourmand qui propose les 3 desserts en version miniature, tous excellents)Bravo a l'équipe en cuisine et en salle.Je recommande !

Alain Nemnom: This restaurant is really good and not to miss in Lille.The beef steak is exceptional with the pepper sauce. The Welsh is also very good, u can really taste the beer in the cheese, that's what I loved the most about it. We also ordered some appetizers and everything was great. Service was also good and welcoming. Overall I would definitely go again and maybe try their burger and salmon platters.
