Bien que le menu proposé soit dans la moyenne, plusieurs aspects du restaurant m'ont laissé perplexe.Tout d'abord, le service au Clarance ne mérite certainement pas une étoile Michelin. Les tables étaient improvisées avec une plaque, ce qui donnait une impression de manque d'attention aux détails. De plus, la serveuse, dont les lèvres semblent avoir été exagérément gonflées par des injections de Botox, a refusé de nous fournir une cuillère pour notre soupe. Il est tout simplement inconcevable qu'un restaurant de ce calibre ne puisse pas fournir les couverts nécessaires pour déguster un plat.En ce qui concerne le confort, j'ai été déçu de constater des taches sur le tissu des chaises. By the time we finished the mains I was exhausted and tempted to skip the two dessert courses and just go home.The staff were friendly and very nice, explained all the menu and each course in English. Overall the kitchen just let down the experience on the timing of this as I didn’t expect to be the first into the restaurant and still there close to closing time.Overall, I probably would not go back or recommend this as an experience to friends and family despite the good food.

Laurence DEGUINES: Nous avons été incroyablement déçus! Déjà venus 2 autres fois auparavant. La premiére fois a été incroyable, innovante, de vraie qualité. La seconde, un peu moins bien mais… nous avons choisi de laisser une nouvelle chance à ce concept que nous trouvons vraiment chouette.Nous avons pris un apéritif mais 6 minutes plus tard, le verre de vin et les amuses bouches sont dejà servi. Nous devons bous dépêcher de finir notre cocktail pour apprécier l’accord met-vin.Par contre l’attente pour la suite est trés (trop) longue. Le service fonctionne par vague : on fait une vague d’entrées et les personnes arrivées juste aprés doivent attendre la vague suivante. On ne sert pas le client en fonction de l’avancée de son repas mais en fonction de leur mode d’organisation à eux ce qui est clairement problématique dans un restaurant qui se veut gastronomique.Les serveurs sont sympatiques, mais ne connaissent pas les vins, ils récitent ce qu’ils ont appris mais ne sont pas capables de répondre à nos questions.Les plats étaient… de qualité trés innégale. Rien de mauvais mais rien de fou.Le plat supplémentaire : un gnocchi au homard à 25€ le plat était décevant. La pâte est vraiment épaisse et l’experience ne vaut pas le tarif d’autant qu’aucun accord de boisson ne lui est attribué.Le plat de porc était une énorme déception : on nous a servi un porc bleu et gras. Impossible à couper avec les couteaux certe jolis mais ne servant pas à couper. Nous avons eu du mal à comprendre le plat, sans lien clair dans l’assiette.Les desserts arrivent trés tard, et encore une fois, nous avons du mal à comprendre le millefeuille au gout d’herbes mais sans gourmandise (la pâte feuilleté étant trop salée), qui n’a d’ailleurs lui non plus pas la chance d’avoir un accord de boisson, sauf supplément…A la fin du repas, nous expliquons notre déception surtout lié aux temps d’attente la réponse a été « c’est notre mode de fonctionnement »…Ce n’est malheureusement plus un endroit que nous recommanderons, et sans un vrai retour à la qualité et au service client, nous ne reviendrons plus.
Syl Yep Yep: Venir au Bloempot est censé être une belle expérience et pour la 1ere fois, nous avons été réellement déçu du déroulement de notre dîner.1- payer 25€ pour UNE raviole avec l’équivalent d’une petite cuillère à soupe de homard à l’intérieur… n’est-ce pas un peu abusé ?2- ne pas pouvoir proposer une alternative au vin blanc parce que la carte de vin est limitée pour les autres plats et donc proposer une boisson sans alcool (sans réduction sur la note), c’est limite limite.Surtout quand le jus maison est servi comme du vin (!!!) donc au strict minimum du verre…3- le plat principale proposait une échine de porc excessivement grasse (80% de gras pour 20%de viande).Nous l’avions signalé a la serveuse, ce qui n’a rien changé…Je peux confirmer que ce plat n’a fait pas l’unanimité ce soir là.Et le serveur qui nous dit « c’est dommage, c’est tombé sur vous. Nous tacherons de changer la carte dès demain. »En effet, c’est balo, mais ça nous a pas empêcher de payer la note complète…4- les quantités de vin et bière relativement chiches.5- des verres juste sortis de la machine et pas essuyés.6- un service très speed et pas très expérimenté.Tout ça éclipse donc le reste et c’est bien dommage.Une expérience de bistrot à 250€ ; en effet l’expérience est assez unique.(Quelque chose a changé dans ce restaurant ; il faut réagir.)
Jasmin De Luca: What a disappointing experience. I am an absolute fan of long lunches or dinners but here everything takes too long! What is more, the food and drinks are completely overprized. We had the "full experience" for EUR 60 plus the matching alcoholic drinks for EUR 30. What a joke! We arrived there at 12.55 and had our first glass of wine (filled at the MINIMUM level) at 14.30!!!! One of the waiters was quite unfriendly. The Bisque for an additional price of EUR 25 consisted of basically one small Ravioli with a spoon of lobster in it! Half of the meat was fat and the knives look trendy but do not cut at all! They do not adjust to your "eating rhythm" but YOU as a customer have to do it. They basically let you wait until they have enough people waiting for the same course. I do not recommend this place.
Konstantin: I am very disappointed with this restaurant. We were recommended by his friends and the reviews were good. I cannot recommend or give anyone more than 2 stars. In order. First, a very expensive place, we paid 260 for 3 people. Second, the portions are quite small, if you're hungry - you're not there. Third, and most importantly, although the food claims to be "haute cuisine", not everything was good. For example, the meat was fatty, too salty and tasteless. The soup was also too salty and too seasoned. Fourth, because of the acoustics, it was quite loud and noisy and it wasn't very good to hear callers. What was good: the service was ok.
