Théo Green: Bon accueil ce jour au RDC rayon crèmes / parfums. Les vendeuses sont gentilles, respectueuses, patientes et de bon conseils.L’avantage journée Printemps permet de cagnotter 1 fois par an 10% du ticket pendant 1 jour. La carte club offre pas mal d’avantages, c’est cool.
Carine M.: SAV Catastrophique!! Lampe Kattel achetée sur MadeInDesign qui ne fonctionnait pas. Rapportée le jour même en magasin pour un SAV. A la suite de cela Aucun suivi ni par telephone, ni par mail. Déjà là c est assez etonnant pour ce type d enseigne... J ai ete obligée de me rendre en magasin quelques jours plus tard pour avoir quelques infos sur le SAV concernant cette lampe. Le 1er juillet j appelle à nouveau le magasin pour savoir ce qu il en est. On me dit que justement la lampe doit quitter l entrepot le lundi 3 juillet. Nous sommes le 13 juillet toujours pas de news. J ai appelé aujourd hui à 6 reprises le magasin Printemps Lille toujours pour avoir des nouvelles de la lampe... Aucune réponse! Personne ne répond!!! Inadmissible. Vraiment je ne ferai plus d achat d articles pouvant nécessiter un SAV au Printemps! A éviter pour les achats autres que vêtements/chaussures!

I saw two tourists of far east Asian descent having every inch of their suitcases examined before anyone was even allowed to enter. Seemed aggressive and unnecessary (and I didn't feel people were welcome) so I left and didn't get chance to see any of the art within the building.
