clémentine: Very disappointed with my experiences in this cinema, when you pay a certain price you expect to have a good time, but here the comfort is non-existent.After testing several rooms to get an objective opinion, I can say that these are the worst seats I've seen in a cinema, we have no legroom, yet I'm 1m58, and I spent 2 hours in try to find a comfortable position without hitting the seat in front... Result we get out of there we have pain in the legs and back.In some rooms I even almost gave myself a stiff neck because the seats are so low in relation to the screen...And the heat ! I came very close to being unwell twice seeing the tropical heat in the room, when the first time it was winter, and the second time, Monday, it must have been 15° outside. There is therefore no ventilation or almost, whereas it seemed to me that it was compulsory in closed places. 🤔 So people are hot, they sweat and you can smell the good smell of sweat and staleness in the room, very pleasant during a 2 hour session 🙃I'm going to end with the price of the popcorn small drink formula at €8, with a very disgusting popcorn 👍🏻In short, probably the worst cinema I've tested, I live near UGC but I would go to Kinépolis from now on.

Agnès Deneve: I went to the Elementary session on 06/26/2023 at the 8:30 p.m. session. The film bugged in the middle. We had to get someone to fix the problem. We were given a 5 min wait but we had to wait 25 min before it was resolved. Then the person did not submit the film at the right time, which generated a new demand. Very disappointed that the UGC did not spontaneously offer the refund of the places, and when we asked for a commercial gesture, we were refused. I find this very unprofessional knowing the price of a full price seat at 13 euros and especially coming from a group like UGC...

The image is not particularly bright or colorful. Its just good and pleasant volume. Friendly service at first sight. But I definitely felt like I was in a smelly gym rather than a movie theater for the first half hour.

RECIT FANTASTIQUE: Personnel agreable, le probleme c'est que meme dans la salle, le personnel restait debout devant l'ecran et nous regardais en souriant. C'etait sympa mais franchemant pendant 1h30 c'est legerement flippant.

A chaque fois que j'y vais j'attrape mal au coeur et aujourd'hui j'ai carrément dû sortir avant la fin du film. J'ai l'impression que le nombre de films proposés au Majestic et au Métropole est moindre qu'avant, les salles et locaux ne sont pas rénovés, je me demande quel était le projet d'ugc en absorbant ces salles et j'espère vivement que ce n'est pas de les laisser dépérir ! Surprenant en tout cas qu'il n'y ait pas d'amélioration des locaux et du confort.

Ethniques ? La question se pose ,notamment lorsque 4 personnes décrivent s’être senti déconsidérées !!! Que ces messieurs intègrent la réalité : personne n’est responsable de leur situation hormis eux-mêmes,qu’ils sachent également qu’afficher leur mépris en dit long sur eux mêmes…Je boycotte ce cinéma à l’avenir et je compatis avec toutes les personnes victimes de cette médiocre arrogance…Allez y en veste de fausse fourrure en leur imposant de répondre à une avalanche de questions hors propos : ils s’inclinent face à ceux qu’ils considèrent plus forts socialement ? qu’eux : pathétique…Et ajoutons qu’ils n’aiment pas trop être dérangés pendant leurs conversations….Dans ce cinéma : les dames de l’accueil sont adorables : professionnelles : pas de problème d’égo ni de frustration sociale

Enora: Petit cinéma étudiant qui propose des prix attractifs et qui fait aussi beaucoup d'évènements ! J'ai d'ailleurs fait un ciné sushi avec eux qui était super 😁! Malheureusement, ce qui m'a fait enlever 2 étoiles, c'est les sièges. Il n'y a vraiment pas de place pour mettre ses jambes et pourtant je n'ai pas de grandes jambes. Ce qui m'a aussi gêné, c'est qu'il n'y ait pas de repose-tête, mais on s'y habitue. Contrairement aux jambes étant donné qu'on doit changer de position régulièrement 😖

FloReloy !: Des gens très cool avec une ambiance vraiment proche on sait a qui on parle contrairement au gros cinéma comme ugc où c’est une sorte d’entité. On avait pris des place pour get out à 5€ sur le pass culture (prix pas fixé par le ciné lui même) alors qu’elles étaient gratuites (ce qui est super cool ça aussi) donc ils nous ont offert deux places pour revenir à n’importe quel film. A la fin du film on a pu participer à un quiz sur un thème dans le cinéma encore une fois c’était très sympa bref j’adore ce petit cinéma.

zarbi Atome: Très déçu, c'est avec regret que j'écris ce commentaire. Cela va faire 13 ans que je vais dans ce cinéma et je n'ai jamais eu de problèmes. Mais ces 2 dernières années, chahut, cri et lumière pendant une projection de la part de jeune public. Je comprends qu'une fois payé le client ne peut être exclue de la salle et que chacun est libre de voir un film au cinéma mais il est à mon sens du devoir de l'établissement de garder un climat calme et confortable lors des projections.Et ce n'est pas arrivé qu'une seule fois. Je m'en vais donc signaler cela à ce que je crois avoir identifié comme étant le manager en sécurité, qui me reçoit. Jusque là tout va bien. J'explique la situation et l'on me répond globalement que je n'ai qu'à pas voir les films qui attirent ce genre de public ( film d'horreur ) et que dans d'autres cinéma c'est pire, donc je devrais même m'estimer heureux.Je réponds donc qu'à force si je ne peux pas voir un film dans un climat agréable je vais me tourner vers des plateformes de streaming et ne plus venir, déjà que le cinéma est en baisse… Et ce dernier me répond que ça ne change rien à sa vie.J'espère donc que ça changera et que je pourrais à nouveau venir passer de bons moments dans ce cinéma car pour l'instant c'est vraiment loin d'être le cas.
