J'ai eu un HPV qui a entraîné la formation de cellules precancereuses. Lors de ma visite post operatoire chez la gynecologue, nous avons refait un frottis (remboursé) et, par acquis de conscience, un test HPV. Ce test n'est pas remboursé ce qui, en soi, est deja inadmissible mais ça le labo n'en peut rien. Suite à ces prelevements je reçois une 1ere facture d'une trentaine d'euros que je règle. Puis quelques temps plus tard une 2eme facture à peu près du même montant que la 1ère. Je me dis que ça doit être une erreur et n'y prête pas attention. Quelques jours plus tard je reçois un rappel qui me pousse a contacter le labo pour en savoir plus car je ne voyais pas du tout à quoi correspondait ce montant vy que j'avais deja régler le test qui avait été demandé . La secrétaire, très désagréable, m'explique vite fait que la personne ayant fait les analyses a jugé utile de refaire un examen complementaire (sans même me prevenir) que je dois regler.... Pourquoi cet examen en plus ? Ça je n'en sais rien... La moindre des choses quand on procéde à un examen qui n'a pas été demandé c est de prevenir et d'en expliquer l'utilité avant d'envoyer des rappels et mise en demeure. Inadmissible.
