Ti Lo: Reconnaissance éternelle de m'avoir soignée 🙏🏻 Un hôpital au top, en passant du personnel administratif jusqu'aux chirurgiens, oncologues, AS, IDE, manip Rx, soins de support, thérapeute sportif etc. Une empathie hors-paire et une humanité jamais vue 💖 5 ans plus tard, un suivi sérieux qui se poursuit. Cerruti Cerruti: Je tiens à remercier du fond du cœur le Dr Narducci et le Dr Leblanc pour avoir opérer ma maman, plus particulièrement le Dr Narducci un Homme admirable, gentil, rassurant, dévoué et humain. Je tiens aussi à remercier tous le personnel du bloc opératoire, celui des soins continus, celui de la radiothérapie, de la chimiothérapie, les gardiens à l’entrée qui se démènent pour vous trouver une place quand le parking est plein. Elle a été prise par le centre avec une grande bienveillance à chaque étape, ne pas se sentir seule c’est hyper important. Mettez votre peur dans votre mouchoir, suivez les étapes les unes après les autres même c’est si c’est difficile même si c’est effrayant, c’est le meilleur centre pour vous sauver !

My mom had surgery. Linked to ovarian cancer by the surgeon, Mr. narducci who is not just a surgeon, but really a big man with a big heart with a great sense of listening! He explains very precisely what he is going to achieve. We really feel the surgeon involved when he exchanges with you as if he is operating on a close relative of his family!!! from the security guard to the reception to the nurses to the Doctor, all are really great. Stéphanie afflard: Prise en charge hier le 15/06/2023 de ma mère envoyé aux urgences par son médecin traitant. Service surchargé de monde : des brancards, des personnes assises! Et malgré la surcharge de travail, des soignants bienveillants qui jongle avec les patients, qui courent à droite et à gauche, le médecin, l'aide soignant, l'infirmière ouafae, l'hôtesse Valérie et j'en oublie peut-être... GRATITUDE d'être là, au service du public dans des situations qui pour la personne admise est unique.

Meaux betty: A disaster.. arrived on May 16, 2023 at 10.30 a.m. taken care of for the perfect welcome, quick examination then 7 people in total it's impressive so many people to take their blood pressure.. then directed to another place to see the doctor. . phew that's ok there is only one patient and he is waiting for his report and he comes out it is quite fast for him unless he has been waiting for hours I see the doctor after an hour for 3 minutes then X-ray 5 minutes and waiting for the results by this same doctor who answers me "ba yes that's it madam emergencies. 2 p.m. still no results I see him looking at my results before he leaves to eat around 12:30 p.m. and when he returns at 1:45 p.m. the same he looks at my file for 5 minutes then closes it and takes another patient to the waiting room .... I dream I have been waiting for hours and he does not finish my file so that I can leave .... never again the chr de Lille no respect ....

Miss Teek: Suite commande sur site internet d une promo d un lot de 2 meuleuse makita. Paiement valide et débité sur le site. 3 jours après On nous informe par message que la commande est annulee car plus disponible. Je rappel le vendeur qui au passage denigre le site internet en disant qu ils font n importe quoi et me dit qu il doit tel le commercial de chez makita pour ce qu il est possible de faire et me rappeleras le lundi qui suit. 1 semaine apres je rappel vu que je n ai pas de nouvelle. Je precise que sur le site internet il est encore possible de commander exactement la même promo et de recevoir directement chez moi. Là on me dit qu il faud que je vois directement avec le site internet de leroy merlin. Le sav du site me dit que c pas a jour et que je dois voir directement avec le magasin et qu elle peux me rembourser. Au final aucun geste commercial et j attend toujours le remboursement de 159 €. Pour resumer : service commercial 0, vendeur en magasin 0,site internet 0. Biensur il vous propose de venir en magasin pour vos prochains achats. Chose que je ne ferais plus jamais malgres les travaux consequents que j ai a faire chez moi dans ma future maison.
