Maybe a lack of organization during big concerts to go buy drinks but complicated given the capacity and the number of people.

Je suis aller dans cette salle pour de nombreux concert et je n'ai pas fréquenté que cette salle de concert.Le son est pour moi à revoir surtout quand c'est de l'électro . Les bass sont vraiment trop fort.C'est simple on entend du bruit mais pas vraiment les instruments.(clavier, violon, guitare et chant)Un autre concert la voix de la chanteuse trop basse.J'ai l'impression que le matériel est là depuis mon premier concert quand j'avais 17 ans et j'en ai 32..Des concerts plus chill comme MacDemarco ça passe bien il y a 3 instruments et c'est de la musique pop/rock tranquille.Le point noir c'est vraiment le son.

We were there this Thursday to attend a concert and as much to tell you that it is not the best place to perform.Already, the membership card at 1€ I find it out of place. The DISGUSTING toilets, without toilet paper, without towels/paper to wipe your hands when you leave, it's scandalous.. and given the cleanliness, I wouldn't even have allowed myself to wipe myself in the curtains.Then the beers were really cheap but no terminal available?? Everything is cash but in 2023 not everyone has cash on them. The worst thing is that I give a ticket and they don't give me change? I had to claim and insist! This is why people pay in CB especially. And also, the final releases at 10 p.m. is nonsense. Prohibiting people from going out with their glasses ok I understand, but prohibiting them from entering afterwards is RIDICULOUS. Anyway, place that deserves to be renovated, to add a terminal and to review the politeness and kindness to customers.

Joshua Argentin: Au début, de leger apriori sur si nous allions être à notre place dans ce genre d’endroit.Etant un jeune couple d’étudiants, on se savait pas trop à quoi s’attendre à part à une clientèle âgées portant un regard hautain sur la jeunesse ?Et au final que fut notre surprise de découvrir un endroit merveilleux et entièrement coupés du monde extérieur..Un vrai bol d’air en plein centre ville !L’endroit est très grand, rempli de magnifique surprise et très calme dans l’ensemble.Petit bémol au final la clientèle étant très jeunes, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec un groupe de 3 jeunes hommes utilisant leurs téléphones dans la piscine et dans les salles de repos.En plus de cela, ces derniers portaient un regard insistant sur ma partenaire..Dommage que l’accueil ne surveille pas un peu plus les lieux..A part cela notre hôtesse et notre hôte étaient super agréable plein de bonne humeur et d’humour !
Manon Thésée: Nous sommes venues hier avec mon copain. Nous étions assez satisfait des prestations proposées, dans l’ensemble. En terme qualité/prix c’était assez rentable. Sauf petit bémol, le hamam tiède est finalement froid… Autre bémol, par apport à la clientèle ; un groupe de 3 jeunes garçons se sont amusés à poser des regards insistants sur mon corps dont 1 en particulier, ce que je n’ai pas du tout apprécié. Cela m’a fortement déplue puisqu’en tant que femme j’aurais aimé dans ce genre d’endroit être tranquille d’esprit. De plus, ils étaient avec leur téléphone alors que c’est strictement interdit, une fois dans la salle de repos un des garçons s’est amusé à mettre le son à fond de son téléphone. Un autre duo de garçon, eux s’amusaient à parler très fort, ce qui vient nuire à la tranquillité de tous. Mais dans l’ensemble, je recommande tout de même le lieu malgré qu’il faudrait peut être jeter un œil un peu plus insistant sur la clientèle que vous acceptez. 😊

Le personnel ne s'est pas du tout excusé pour la situation. Alors oui il y avait du monde mais vu le prix la moindre des choses c'est de faire en sorte qu'une telle situation ne se présente pas. Je ne reviendrai plus. Dommage car le lieu est vraiment beau.
Sabrina Chabane: Moment détente et découverte avec mon aîné.. Très déçu, hamman soi disant tiède était froid... Jacuzzi fonctionne une fois sur deux. Espace détente on a du réclamer pour avoir du thé. Pour 40€ je m'attendais à bcp mieux. Ce n'était pas une première pour moi mais sûr la dernière.

Sofian Bontout: Pour fêter nos 3 ans de mariage j’ai décidé de prendre la formule initiation avec bains/hammams et restaurant.La partie bain et détente rien à dire. C’est sympa et bien décoré.Le personnel à l’entrée est agréable et bienveillant.Par contre la partie restaurant est à éviter. Je n’ai jamais vu ça.On a pris à la formule à 35 euros chacun. A ce prix là ce doit être parfait normalement. Mais en vrai c’était une catastrophe. Il est 20h10. On choisit différentes entrées mais au final on nous sert ce qu’il reste en cuisine sans nous prévenir. Bon soit on fait avec. Nous sommes encore avec les couverts à la main et la serveuse nous demande si on a terminé. On dit que non.On choisit nos tajines agneaux et elle revient avec du poulet. On lui demande de changer. Elle accepte. Impossible de voir nos assiettes car il fait trop sombre. Soit c’est l’ambiance qui veut ça. On nous sert quelques grammes de semoules. Vite fini on en redemande, la serveuse dit qu’elle vient de tout jeter car elle va fermer sa cuisine. On passe outre ok. Ensuite le dessert elle nous dit qu’il nous reste 10 min pour manger car elle va fermer. Et plus de thé disponible pour boire avec. Et elle commence à nettoyer tout autour de nous dans le restaurant en bougeant les meubles etc. Il est 21h10. Agacés, on a emballé nos pâtisseries dans des serviettes et nous sommes partis. A ce prix là j’aurais aimé partager un super moment avec ma femme. À l’accueil ils ont été compréhensifs surtout que c’est arrivé à l’autre couple aussi présent.Nous ne retournerons plus jamais là bas.Bien à vous,
