VugCar's: Achat toujours rapide mais SAV catastrophique…J’ai effectué l’achat d’une parajumpers gobi à 820€ au mois de decembre 2022. Malgré des doutes sur la taille, le conseiller vente m’a indiqué qu’il n’y aurait pas de problème et qu’un retour serait plausible. Lors du passage en caisse, celui ci à retirer les étiquettes du produit sans mon accord explicite. De fait, je me retrouve à passer quelques jours après avec la veste afin de demander un change de taille. Le responsable me prend en charge et m’explique qu’il n’est en capacité de rien faire avec de nombreux arguments tel que « elle est peut être sale » « je ne vends pas de l’occasion à mes clients ». Cela est très décevant pour une jeune boutique voulant se lancer dans le « luxe ». Je me retrouve donc avec une veste sans retour possible et n’étant pas à ma taille sous la décision d’un vendeur et de son responsable ! Jamais je n’ai eu une telle expérience avec une boutique de vêtements, pourtant j’ai le tour des maisons de luxe… À fuir, vous êtes un roi le jour de l’achat mais vous êtes lynchés le jour où vous rencontrez un problème.
