Niamh: Friendly staff who were very welcoming, however, there was a constant stench of sewage coming from the shower and the room was tiny. The door literally hit the bed as you opened it. I felt ill in the mornings from the smell in the bathroom. Avoid staying on the 3rd floor and beware of the location - we were approached on multiple occasions within a short space of time, which made the area feel unsafe. Would recommend staying more central. The hotel was probably the most disappointing experience of our trip.
Cat Le Roy: J'ai passé un très agréable séjour dans ce très bel hôtel installé dans une ancienne maison de maître. II est situé à 25 mn à pied de la grand place de Lille et à proximité d'une station de métro. Les chambres sont confortables et le service très attentionné. Et le petit déjeuner propose des produits variés et de qualité.
TILLY LAWRENCE: Un peu excentré certes... mais super agréable endroit bien aménagé pour que tout le.monde puisse y trouver sa place. Et surtout une équipe au top. Que cela soit Nihad, Maureen, Elise ou encore Sarah toutce très gentil monde est là pour vous servir avec attention et aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes (écoute conseils cordialité convivialité respect et discrétion parfaites !! C'est rare qu sein d'une équipe). Je recommande vivement cet établissement où même le petit-déjeuner est sympa : accueil ( mêmes qualités que pour l'équipe de la reception ) et produits de qualité.A voir et à faire aussi parce que vous y verrez les vestiges d'un ancien hôtel particulier lillois à l'escalier monumental et à la salle de restaurant (Rococo restaurant) tout à fait dans le jus de 2nd Empire français.J'ai pour ma part déjà hâte du revenir bientôt !!!... et je tiens ici à remercier vivement toute l'équipe pour leurs attentions de ce week-end (ils en sauront les raisons) 👍👍 ⚘⚘👑

Malheureusement pour apprendre par message moins d'une semaine avant: "messieurs on a pris un groupe de 40 personnes donc on doit annuler et vous rembourser "S'agissant d' un cadeau, je rappelle et à ce moment on me dit " On va annuler pour votre confort" ..j'expose mon mécontentement et on me propose le vendredi alors oui avec geste commercial mais s'agissant d'un cadeau la personne n est pas disponible.....Voilà un remboursement demandé et un client fidèle de perdu et bien entendu un avis négatif qui est justifié...D'ailleurs quand j ai annoncé que j allais poster un commentaire. Le timbre de voix a fortement changé.Cela s'appelle simplement faire de la marge plutôt que de garder ses clients reguliers..

Très difficilement joignable par téléphone (uniquement le jeudi) et ne répond pas aux différents mails envoyés, sur plusieurs adresses.Nous avions bien reçu le bon de commande que nous avions retourné la semaine précédent l'anniversaire. Nous avons même demandé comment régler au plus vite l'acompte. Aucune réponse, et donc personne sur place ce jour pour recevoir ma fille et ses amies, malgré toutes nos relances... WAWA BÉ: I had an appointment on June 30, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. for a Polynesian getaway and a scalp massage. I arrived 10 minutes late, the beautician told me that there was no problem, on the understanding that I would have all of my care. A young girl took care of me. She spent all the care on her cell phone. At first I did not understand why she paused every time she massaged me somewhere. And looking up I found she was texting. And it was like that throughout the treatment. I was angry. Of the 75 minutes of care that I should have had, she spent 10 minutes on her phone if not more. Besides being unhygienic. The treatment ended 10 minutes earlier, so do the math. Already the care was not given. I didn't say anything the same day because I don't like to make a scandal but I was really pissed off. In addition the hairy copper massage is supposed to last 15 minutes. She barely ran her hands through her hair when it was already over. It would never have happened like that to fache thumesnil. I hope to get some compensation
