alexandre dorchies: Je me suis rendu dans ce magasin pour trouver une grille de clôture de 1 mètre pour une séparation de balcon. J'ai eu à faire à 3 vendeurs dans le rayon concerné. Le premier m'a dit c'est dans ce coin là bas faut que vous cherchiez. Le deuxième en conversation avec un autre collègue presque idem. J'ai attendu au point conseil du rayon, le vendeur a regardé la disponibilité et m'a dit qu'il fallait commander sur le site sans me demander quel était le but de mon achat. Donc pas de conseil, pas de vente ! Je me rend dans un magasin pour justement avoir des conseils et non pas des vendeurs. Internet est là pour ça.Sans compter les autres vendeurs que j'ai vu et entendu parler sur leurs collègues.Bref ce magasin a vraiment baisser en ce qui concerne la considération et surtout le conseil !!!

Manque le 5 étoiles pour la perte de sens au niveau des têtes de gondole : c'est super de permettre de tester certains produits (visseuses, pince pour chevilles molly...) mais quand le matériel n'a plus de batterie... Il faut également penser à donner du sens aux produits testables

On nous dis au téléphone que ça arrivera le 03/07 et qu’on sera contacté. Aujourd’hui nous sommes le 03/07 personne nous a contacté donc on décide de rappeler et là on nous dis qu’il faut attendre jusqu’au 17/07 voir même plus. Non mais, sinon nous nous sommes engagés auprès d’un professionnel pour faire notre salle de bain on nous fait perdre du temps de plus on délégue au collègue facile aussi. On nous dis vous pouvez venir vous faire rembourser si ça ne convient pas j’hallucine il faut un mois pour nous dire ça pour éviter que le client râle au lieu de faire des remboursements faite en sorte que le client ait la marchandise qu’il commande dans les délais svp ça éviter ce genre de commentaire négatif pour votre enseigne. Malheureusement j’irai faire plus de route et j’irai chez les concurrents.

It is therefore quite natural that my spouse goes there to buy a mower, a brushcutter and an air conditioner. We had a 10% voucher, thanks to our loyalty card, to be used before June 30, which was good. Arrived at the checkout, my spouse presents the loyalty card as usual and specifies that he would like to use the 10% voucher available. However, the card being in my name and not having been able to go there with him, he was asked for my identity card. So he explains that it's in the name of his spouse and that it's not the first time who's used it even without me and that he's never had any problems so he didn't think to take my ID card. In good faith, he asks them if they want me to send them a photo of my identity card to present to them, they then ask him if we are married, to which he replies no. He is told that it is absolutely necessary that I be present!! The identity card is no longer enough then!! Anything!! We were 2 when creating this card! And if my spouse had gone to the minute checkouts, he could have used the voucher without worries!!I specify that the amount of the purchases was more than 700th so we lost a reduction of more than 70th and our loyalty voucher will expire.I'm so disappointed!!!!All's well That ends well! I went to the store with the ticket and they gave me the 10% discount. Love this store again 😄Always good advice and attentive in order to best satisfy customers.👍

GERARD VANMARCKE: Nous avons achetés des peintures de la marque Luxens,une fois la peinture posé la couleur ne correspond ni aux tablettes exposées en magasin ni au patch sur le pot. Grosse déception, le personnel du magasin sont de très mauvaises foi.Mon conseil,adressez vous à des professionnels en peinture et non a des généralistes qui n'ont pas les compétences.
