barbara Lilin: Quel bonheur de retrouver ce lieu plein de charme où on est superbement accueilli par une équipe enthousiaste ! La bibliothèque est incroyable avec un fond très riche. Elle est accessible aussi en début de semaine sur réservation. J'ai adoré la projection des photos d'Harry Gruyaert : Nord, un sens du lieu. Je l'ai regardé trois fois et je ne m'en lasse pas ! La salle de jeux pour les enfants est très sympa et bien sûr , comme toujours, les expos d'une gde qualité.J'adore ce lieu, même avant travaux ! Je le trouve à la fois insolite, improbable, mélange de grandeur, parquets, cheminées, gds miroirs, et des scories de son passé d'établissement scolaire. J'aime bien aussi le café et les points de vue sur l'extérieur.A voir absolument avant la fermeture pour travaux .

Alexandre VAN KEIRSBILCK: Quelle ENORME déception de voir le rayon vidéo du magasin de Lille fermer ses portes.Je crois que vous n'avez pas bien mesuré la portée de ce rayon qui est une institution unique en dehors de la région parisienne pour les cinéphiles.Certes le marché est de plus en plus tourné vers la niche, mais le rayon apportait une image forte pour votre enseigne. Nombre de vos clients achetaient des livres parce qu'ils se rendaient dans ce rayon et en profitaient pour d'autres achats. Maintenant ils iront chez amazon. Les objectifs de rentabilité sont évidemment fondamentaux, mais en détruisant votre image de marque et la pluridisciplinarité de votre offre à force de standardisation, vous jouez le jeu d'amazon. Et ce sont evidemment eux qui seront les grands gagnants...EDIT pour la personne du Furet qui m'a répondu :- Vous n'avez apparemment pas compris que le marché est devenu une niche d'amateurs. La plupart des films (de patrimoine, de genre et de qualité) sélectionnés par votre responsable ne se trouvent pas sur les plateformes de streaming. Ce n'est pas la même offre, ni le même public. Ce serait comme arrêter de vendre des disque de jazz parce que ça vend considérablement moins que Lady gaga.- Le marché de la vidéo pèse 240 millions en France contre le tiers pour le vinyl.- A votre avis combien coûte une image de marque ? Les passionnés de cinéma venaient dans votre magasin et ça valait les meilleurs plans de com du monde. Le business c'est aussi des vecteurs indirects.- Vos concurrents se sont battus sur ce secteur (éditions exclusives, vente en ligne, systèmes de pré-commandes avantageux). Vous vous n'avez rien fait. Pire, vous avez placé les produits à 31.90e alors que le prix public est 29.90e, vous pensez que ça donnerait quoi?Bref, soyez sérieux et revoyez votre position...

J’ai payé quasiment 25€ pour que les photos arrivent en 3 semaines. Malgré les 36 photos de la pellicule, je n’en ai reçu que 17…. Vu qu’on paie avant c’était déjà trop tard. J’ai testé depuis trois autres photographes à Lille et à Nantes qui sont moins chers (toujours moins de 15€), nettement plus rapides (parfois moins de 24h) et tout aussi aimables.Pour un achat ou des conseils je recommande vivement ce magasin mais certainement pas pour du développement argentique…
