Obligé de relancer. résultats mon père qui est fort agé n'a rien manger de 6h30 à 18h30. Discours contradictoire du personnel, on nous dit une version des résultats mais quand nous rentrons. Nous lisons la feuille de sortie avec les résultats des examens et c'est un tout le contraire qui est écris. 🤔

Chdav59100: Mes deux étoiles vont pour les kinés et uniquement pour eux.Opéré a la clinique des sports le 1er septembre du genoux (rupture du tendon rotulien).La clinique saint roch malgré la demande decide de me prendre en charge a partir du 6 septembre 2022.Chambre vétusté (143 voir photo 1) pour laquelle on me demande un chèque de caution de 1500€.A peine arrivé je me coupe sur la table roulante qui sert a prendre les repas (photo 2).Le lendemain mon lit qui est soutenu par des planches de bois faisant office de sommier, se casse en pleine nuit m'envoyant littéralement voler en arrière. (voir photo 3). La planche sera changer le lendemain par une plaque de pvc.Une semaine après mon arrivé, une fuite se déclare sur mon pansement. Une infirmière de nuit m'annonce qu'elle va changer le pansement mais que le nettoyage sera fait par sa collègue le lendemain sur le plateau de kiné... Le lendemain vous vous imaginez bien que la plaie était totalement infecté.Pendant une semaine je n'ai eu aucun traitement, il a fallu attendre une semaine a la clinique pour me renvoyer le 20 septembre voir mon chirurgien qui a dut me reoperer en urgence absolue avec un risque de septicémie. (Je ne montre pas de photo de mon genoux vous en seriez choqué c'est gore).Suite a tout ceci et après avoir vu les cadres de vie j'ai reçu début janvier un courrier disant que l'infirmière en question serai recadrer, et qu'elle suivrait une formation. Pas un seul mot d'excuses dans le courrier, pas un seul "désolé" RIEN... Et une semaine après je reçois une menace de relance (alors que je n'ai jamais eu de demande préalable) avant contentieux pour les frais qui me restent à payer dans l'hôpital, dont on ne m'a même pas fait cadeau...Honteux... C'est honteux... Ce jour je regarde Google et je constate qu'il n'y a plus aucun avis... Incroyable...J'ai mis deux étoiles car autant la clinique est un enfer autant les kiné sont pro, sympa et compatissant, de même que l'infirmière de jour ça ne permet malheureusement pas de rattraper la note de la "clinique" qui aura d'ailleurs droit a mes nouvelles par l'intermédiaire de mon avocat.
