Valentin Dedrie: I ate at Fleur on June 3, 2023 in the evening. It was on the occasion of a birthday, we were 13 in total. The place is quite nice, nothing to say. I ordered the trio of tartare as a main course and dessert (without drink). A formula at 29€, rather correct price. I eat my first tartare, everything is fine. The second tartare arrives, while eating this last one I found a piece of plastic quite large and above all quite pointed. I don't want to imagine if I had swallowed it. Following that, I directly call the head of the room (60 years old, graying with a mustache). He comes to our table, he retrieves the piece of plastic and goes to the kitchen. Not a word, not an apology. I had to call him to ask for accounts, he told me that we would see at the end of the meal. Following this, appetite cut, I did not finish my plate. This gentleman did not even offer to replace my plate, because according to him I had eaten 3/4 of the dish. At the end of the meal the head waiter sends one of his employees to our table. He tells me "we'll give you 10% off your formula". 10% on a formula at 29€, it's a bit to make fun of the world. So I went directly to this gentleman. We had a table of 13 people, ordered several bottles of wine, etc… Offering me 10% (€2.90 on the formula), it was a bit of a straw that broke the camel’s back. In the end I still had -25% on my formula, but hey, fighting with him for 5min. In short flee this restaurant, it was not a professional behavior.

Specifically, I looked at the few negative reviews received and the responses from the manager of this account. I admired that the restaurant stands up for their food, as the reality is that the customer does not necessarily always have to be right.I had a 3-course meal, and simply put it was of high-quality, well presented and delicious. You can easily notice that they really care about their food here.The starter was light and flavorful, the Welsh was generous and outstanding, and it is impossible to forget about the dessert which was the recommendation of the chef. Fantastic.As for the service, I was treated very well, and the servers had no issue speaking English.If I ever get the chance to come back to Lille, there is no doubt that I will be returning to this place!

Dani Moon: The food was really incredible, but the whole thing took far too long.We (as a party of 2) ordered the 7 course menu but all in all there are actually about 10 courses when you include aperitifs and pre dessert etc. We were there over 3 and a half hours, we were eating fast but there was often 30-40 minutes between courses making it feel very slow and long and not the standard I expected from a restaurant like this. By the time we finished the mains I was exhausted and tempted to skip the two dessert courses and just go home.The staff were friendly and very nice, explained all the menu and each course in English. Overall the kitchen just let down the experience on the timing of this as I didn’t expect to be the first into the restaurant and still there close to closing time.Overall, I probably would not go back or recommend this as an experience to friends and family despite the good food.

Amazing ! I visited with 2 other friends during our trip to Lille in May. For dinner we wanted French cuisine that was affordable and this place seemed to meet our search criteria. The decor and atmosphere were quite traditional and welcoming. There were ‘formulae’ of different prices available to meet different budgets. The food was incredible! The portion sizes were good and the service was fantastic. We had an absolutely wonderful evening and I cannot recommend this place enough!

Jeje Djedje: Franchement je mets 2 étoiles rien que pour le cadre de l établissement.Il est exceptionnel.Le reste....Commandé une dorade qui était trop cuite pourtant censée être baignée à l'huile d olive.Les moules marinières sans goût. Première fois de ma vie que je suis déçu de moules...Le prix excessif des bières, 10eur la 50cl de bière pils LILL.Et enfin les toilettes.... Pas de savon.Bref très surpris sachant que j'ai indiqué que la dorade était trop cuite et aucun geste ni excuse valable.Alors oui le cadre fait, mais on vient aussi pour manger !
Claude VOISEUX (CVX): Nous avons choisi le homard pour mon epouse et la choucroute de poisson pour moi, ce fut un regal, une cuisine fine avec des produits de qualité.Nous recomandons san moderation

Pierre Desmet: Très déçu par les plats, notamment l'assiette du mareyeur, très peu fournie,et avec des produits d'une fraîcheur plus que douteuse...deux portions de crevettes grises toutes molles, très petites et sans goût, des bulots sortant du frigo,...et tout cela pour un prix prohibitif. 12€ pour une minuscule coupelle de mauvaises crevettes grises...Nous avons apprécié le service, le cadre, mais dommage pour un si bel établissement de servir des produits d'une qualité douteuse.

All this for a completely bewildering addition for the poor performance. Avoid at all costs.

The server who took over our table served us very quickly, our cutlery was n not even tidied up as it should be when we finished our meal. We barely got to drink our coffee.. if the meal must be finished absolutely by 2.30 p.m. your establishment every time my granddaughter comes from paris. I went out frustrated. this outing ruined our moment of relaxation and the pleasure of coming to your place

Lau Del: We were regulars there but that was before! We booked for 2, we were told that it would be upstairs… more modern atmosphere! After passing a metal walkway, we find ourselves in a soulless room, we wondered where we were coming! The meal: not fabulous sea sauerkraut, a sea bass with its plastic packaging… very surprising and really not appetizing! Lots of noise and an addition completely out of step with the performance. Address definitely removed from our Lille references!

Reg DBR: Travaillant dans la rue d'à côté, j'ai réservé une table de 8. A la commande OK pour un menu au tarif 'entreprise voisine '. Supplément annoncé pour boissons de 50cl au lieu de 25cl au moment de servir les boissons.. OK mais au moment de servir les plats,annonce que le prix du menu ne pourra pas être fait comme annoncé au depart. Pas commercial du tout. Pas commercial, pas de sympatie... Nous comptions revenir régulièrement... C'est pas gagné !

Jason Lebas: Nous y passions très souvent devant quand nous venions sur Lille (car nous nous garons à proximité, au parking nouveau siècle) mais sans toutefois s’y arrêter.Puis une fois avec des ami(e)s habitué des lieux nous en ont parlé et nous avions donc voulu testé étant sur Lille pour la journée, c’était l’occasion de tester avant de rentrer.Niveau décoration, rien de transcendant mais la carte et les choix sont simples et efficaces.Les formules à volontés sont intéressantes, et les prix sont corrects. Nous avons opté pour la formule à 12,90€/personne avec un choix restreint de 5 sortes de flammenkueches qui finalement s’avère satisfaisant. Un coup de cœur pour la flammenkueche champignons frais gratinée, cependant un petit bémol pour la ail et ciboulette.Ils y’a également des jeux de sociétés mis à disposition mais que nous n’avons pas testé.Le service fût satisfaisant et tous nos encouragements pour la jeune serveuse qui débutait dans l’enseigne (agréable et souriante avec l’envie de bien faire)
