Valentin Dedrie: I ate at Fleur on June 3, 2023 in the evening. It was on the occasion of a birthday, we were 13 in total. The place is quite nice, nothing to say. I ordered the trio of tartare as a main course and dessert (without drink). A formula at 29€, rather correct price. I eat my first tartare, everything is fine. The second tartare arrives, while eating this last one I found a piece of plastic quite large and above all quite pointed. I don't want to imagine if I had swallowed it. Following that, I directly call the head of the room (60 years old, graying with a mustache). He comes to our table, he retrieves the piece of plastic and goes to the kitchen. Not a word, not an apology. I had to call him to ask for accounts, he told me that we would see at the end of the meal. Following this, appetite cut, I did not finish my plate. This gentleman did not even offer to replace my plate, because according to him I had eaten 3/4 of the dish. At the end of the meal the head waiter sends one of his employees to our table. He tells me "we'll give you 10% off your formula". 10% on a formula at 29€, it's a bit to make fun of the world. So I went directly to this gentleman. We had a table of 13 people, ordered several bottles of wine, etc… Offering me 10% (€2.90 on the formula), it was a bit of a straw that broke the camel’s back. In the end I still had -25% on my formula, but hey, fighting with him for 5min. In short flee this restaurant, it was not a professional behavior.

Specifically, I looked at the few negative reviews received and the responses from the manager of this account. I admired that the restaurant stands up for their food, as the reality is that the customer does not necessarily always have to be right.I had a 3-course meal, and simply put it was of high-quality, well presented and delicious. You can easily notice that they really care about their food here.The starter was light and flavorful, the Welsh was generous and outstanding, and it is impossible to forget about the dessert which was the recommendation of the chef. Fantastic.As for the service, I was treated very well, and the servers had no issue speaking English.If I ever get the chance to come back to Lille, there is no doubt that I will be returning to this place!

Dani Moon: The food was really incredible, but the whole thing took far too long.We (as a party of 2) ordered the 7 course menu but all in all there are actually about 10 courses when you include aperitifs and pre dessert etc. We were there over 3 and a half hours, we were eating fast but there was often 30-40 minutes between courses making it feel very slow and long and not the standard I expected from a restaurant like this. By the time we finished the mains I was exhausted and tempted to skip the two dessert courses and just go home.The staff were friendly and very nice, explained all the menu and each course in English. Overall the kitchen just let down the experience on the timing of this as I didn’t expect to be the first into the restaurant and still there close to closing time.Overall, I probably would not go back or recommend this as an experience to friends and family despite the good food.

A little regret not having tried the 7 courses when we saw the pasta cooked in the wheel of parmesan cheese and flambéed. The dishes are full of taste and perfectly seasoned, The flavors are worked to perfection, the pre-dessert and the dessert were really great, the staff is very friendly, the service is efficient, the place is pretty. The value for money of this restaurant is really excellent. Highly recommend Le Jane! Thank you again for this good time!

The Welsh is also very good, u can really taste the beer in the cheese, that's what I loved the most about it. We also ordered some appetizers and everything was great. The portion sizes were good and the service was fantastic. We had an absolutely wonderful evening and I cannot recommend this place enough!

Jeje Djedje: Frankly I give 2 stars just for the setting of the establishment.He is exceptional.The rest....Ordered a sea bream which was overcooked yet supposed to be bathed in olive oil.Tasteless marinière mussels. First time in my life that I have been disappointed with mussels...The excessive price of beers, 10eur per 50cl of LILL pilsner beer.And finally the toilets... No soap.In short, very surprised knowing that I indicated that the sea bream was overcooked and no gesture or valid excuse.So yes the frame is there, but we also come to eat!

Lau Del: Nous étions des habitués des lieux mais ça c était avant! Nous avons réservé pour 2, on nous a annoncé que ce serait à l étage… ambiance plus moderne! Après avoir passé une passerelle métallique, on se retrouve dans une salle sans âme, on se demandait où l on arrivait! Le repas : une choucroute de la mer pas fabuleuse, un bar avec son emballage plastique… très surprenant et vraiment pas appétissant ! Beaucoup de bruit et une addition en décalage complet avec la prestation. Adresse définitivement rayée de nos références lilloises !
