Thibault Lizé (Samus): La plus grande salle de concert de Lille. Un lieu incontournable qui accueille les plus grands artistes pendant leurs tournées. Une salle avec une excellente acoustique de la fosse aux gradins. Peut être un manque d'orga lors des gros concerts pour aller acheter des consos mais compliqué au vu de la capacité d'accueil et du nombre de personnes.

We were there this Thursday to attend a concert and as much to tell you that it is not the best place to perform.Already, the membership card at 1€ I find it out of place. The DISGUSTING toilets, without toilet paper, without towels/paper to wipe your hands when you leave, it's scandalous.. and given the cleanliness, I wouldn't even have allowed myself to wipe myself in the curtains.Then the beers were really cheap but no terminal available?? Everything is cash but in 2023 not everyone has cash on them. The worst thing is that I give a ticket and they don't give me change? I had to claim and insist! This is why people pay in CB especially. And also, the final releases at 10 p.m. is nonsense. Prohibiting people from going out with their glasses ok I understand, but prohibiting them from entering afterwards is RIDICULOUS. Anyway, place that deserves to be renovated, to add a terminal and to review the politeness and kindness to customers.
