Marjorie Goubert: Bonjour,L'expérience hôtelière est très haut de gamme, l'appartement est parfait. Le problème vient du fait que mon compte a été débité deux fois du montant de la chambre (2x 110euros), que j'ai prévenu le propriétaire qui m'a dit qu'il allait s'en occuper au plus vite. Depuis, aucune nouvelle malgré de nouvelles relances (deux mois ont passés) . Je trouve cela dommage de laisser traîner la situation de la sorte, digne d'un hôtel douteux.Cordialement Marjorie
Femi Veys: Unfriendly and dirty owner.There is no privacy. The owner lives next door and he monitors closely what you do, with whom and how long.Definitely don't go there if you value privacy.

Simon Richards: On the upside, Jack and Sophie were very helpful. The apartment was well equipped and the rooms were generally clean. Communal indoor areas also well kept.The main downside is the location of Sohosuite. The Wazemmes district is very run-down. The women in our group (who are very used to city life) didn't feel safe walking around after dark, even accompanied. There were always gangs of unemployed men about, selling smuggled goods and being loud (even late at night you hear them in the apartment). We saw the police arrest some. Some properties are boarded up, there is graffiti and waste is dumped on the street. We saw some homeless, and begging. Yes Lille is a city, but Wazemmes is the poorest area that we came across in the city. Area around Gambetta station is very different.Also, the second bedroom (two beds) in apartment 202 (and possibly others) has no outside wall and so no source of fresh air. So, in August/September we could rarely sleep, even with the fan on, as it was so hot and airless.On a minor point, I found a long black hair (wouldn't be ours) in my bed and there were bundles of dust under the beds.
lea andreyitch: Séjour réservé à la dernière minute. Appartement très propre et magnifique avec tout à disposition ! Tout est identique a l'annonce sur TripAdvisor. Le métro juste à côté est simplement le meilleur du meilleur. Les gérants répondent vite et à toutes les demandes. Vous ne manquerez de rien tout y est! Nous avons été chanceux d'avoir trouvé une place en bas de la rue. En effet, il ny a pas de parking mais lorsque vous trouvez votre pkace, plus besoin de celle ci. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr !
