Je m'explique.J'y suis allé pour acheter un modèle de chaussures bien précis car je m'étais déjà renseigné auparavant.Je demande donc à essayer les chaussures (après un solide 10 minutes d'attentes alors qu'il n'y avait que 1 client dans la boutique)Le propriétaire me répond :"C'est pour acheter ?""Oui""vous êtes sur ? Car je ne fais pas essayer si vous n'achetez pas""oui c'est pour acheté"Et ça a continué comme ça pendant une bonne minute avant que j'ai l'honneur de pouvoir essayer les chaussures.Au total 50 minutes dans le magasin pour acheter 1 paire de chaussures alors qu'il n'y avait que 1 autre client dans le magasin durant tout ce temps et que j'ai seulement essayé 3 pointures différentes du même modèle.Je passe enfin sur le fait que je n'ai même pas eu de facture pour mon achat et cela même après relances faites les jours suivants...Pour en venir au point des erreurs dans les conseils, durant nos 50 minutes dans le magasin nous avons pu écouter la discussion avec l'autre client présent. Ma compagne qui est pédicure podologue et qui s'est spécialisée dans le sport a entendu plusieurs contradictions et idées reçues dans ses conseils qui ne correspondaient pas au profil du client.Bref j'ai voulu soutenir les boutiques physiques plutôt que d'acheter moins cher sur internet et je ne le referai clairement pas dans cette boutique.

As I am not French I thought it was going to be difficult to communicate my problem to the staff members in the store but Victor spoke great English and with a reassuring smile he instantly told me he can help. He went to get the part he needed and quickly came back and fixed my wheelchair which to my relief is working fine and now I don’t have to worry about it for the rest of my stay, and Victor refused to take money for his hard work!
