J'explique que j'en suis à ma 6ème crevaison sur 3 mois et que j'aimerais que le technicien qui me reçoit jet un coup d'œil et me répare cette crevaison.Il m'annonce sans même avoir regarder que le problème vient de mon pneu... le pneu a été changé il y à peu, et la dernière crevaison est réparée depuis 2 jour, je n'ai roulé que 30km avec la nouvelle chambre. J'insiste donc sur le fait que j'apprécierai qu'il me répare cette crevaison! Impossible, monsieur est débordé!!!! Je demande donc à voir le responsable de l'atelier, impossible monsieur est en pause ( dans la pièce derrière) ....Non mais 15mn de votre temps pour dépanner un client régulier c'est trop demander!!!Il va falloir revoir sérieusement l'accueil de vos clients, rdv ou pas rdv!Résultat je suis passé chez un concurrent qui me fais la réparation sur l'après-midi afin que je puisse rentrer du boulot en vélo ce soir ( Merci Giant)!!!
