La pâte brisée est faite maison sans aucun doute possible, j'ai simplement adoré ce que j'ai mangé.Les recettes sont souvent très simples mais efficaces avec de bons produits. Les soupes qui accompagnent le plat sont également excellentes. Attention la quantité est légère lorsqu'on ne prend que le plat sans la formule soupe, pour les gros mangeurs il vaut mieux tabler sur la formule (avec pain inclus) et éventuellement un dessert, puisqu'ils sont si bons...Bravo à cette équipe hyper agréable, qui a toujours le sourire, et qui cuisine divinement bien.
