André Dugrain: Après avoir acheté un article à ...220€ en boutique, nous avons constaté un défaut important au niveau de la fixation d'une pression. De passage à l'usine, nous l'avons déposé à l'accueil du magasin , sans N° de prise en charge. La personne nous a dit que rien ne se perdait. Elle annonce un délais de 4 semaine avant la réception par colis. 5 semaines après, nous appelons et il n'y avait pas trace de notre dépôt. Nous les rappelons et demandons à avoir un responsable. On nous dit que l'article est de retour de la retouche et nous sera envoyé le lendemain. Une semaine après, nous rappelons, on nous dit que le colis est parti la veille. 5 jous après, nous rappelons et nous apprenons que le colis n'était pas p)arti la veille, mais le lendemain de notre appel. Mauvaise étiquette donc colis ouvert et recollé par la poste et livraison semaines après le dépôt. Nous demandons un geste commercial... "Non, la réparation est faite".Achetez Français et en touuuute confiance!

hakim tihianine: SAV Catastrophique !!!Cela fait maintenant 1,5 ans que l'on m'a offert un pull Saint James.La taille ne correspondant pas, il leur a fallu 5 mois pour pour changer la taille M vs L.2 mois plus tard, ce même pull s'est décousu au niveau du col. Cela fait plus de 5 mois que je l ai déposé en boutique de Lille pour qu'il puisse prendre en charge ce défaut de fabrication. A Date, et après + de 5 mois, je n'ai aucune nouvelle. Qui sait, j'aurai peut être mon pull d hiver, cet été !!! 😱😱😱

Les vendeuses préfèrent discuter entre elles que de vous servir et vous interpellent sèchement dès que vous voulez voir un pull de plus près : interdit de les déplier au prétexte qu'ils sont sur cintres, ce qui n'est pas le cas pour tous. Seule l'une d'entre elles a fini par se montrer commerçante.

Ju Lie: Très déçue de l’accueil ce jour, alors que je suis une cliente habituée et que je souhaitais avoir des renseignements sur la disponibilité d’un produit. On me refoule quasiment En préférant s’occuper d’un autre client malgré le fait que j’étais présente en boutique bien avant. Aucun conseil suite à ma demande, juste que ce n’est plus disponible sans même regarder en stock et bien qu’il s’agisse dune collection récente. Sans doute une sélection par l’âge, c’est bien dommage.

A M: Vêtements de bonne qualité, mais l'accueil est hautain et désagréable. La prochaine fois je commanderai sur internet plutôt que de retourner dans ce magasin.
