I had taken the precaution of asking the question and finally they explained to me that it was noted on the receipt issued following payment. The error of a saleswoman must therefore be borne by the customer....Following this incident I sent an email to customer service which I am still waiting 2 months after the return. Bonne nouvelle!Nous augmentons notre budget en conséquence, une fois arrivé en caisse, changement de version, impossible d’avoir un dialogue, nous avons payé plein pot.Heureusement j’ai fais appelé au service client quelques jours après qui a pu me faire un remboursement du montant qui aurai du être déduit.Dialogue de sourd avec leur collaborateur et impossible le jour de l’adhésion de voir un superviseur.

J’ai pu me constituer un super groupe d’amis.J’avais été accepté également dans d’autres écoles d’ingénieur agronome et je ne regrette pas mon choix !Je vous recommande l’ISA si vous êtes passionnés par l’un des domaines de l’école.

Le cadre est d'une part très agréable, l'école très bien située. La formation est très complète : même si l'école est tournée vers la biologie, l'enseignement est large, nous avons des cours d'économie, de langues, et de communication. Je suis ravie des matières de première année, la biologie y est déclinée en biologie animale, végétale et cellulaire. C'est passionnant ! Beaucoup de stages sont aussi organisés, nous permettant de passer du théorique à la pratique. Il y a une très bonne ambiance et un bon esprit d'entraide au sein de l'école. Enfin, Lille est une super ville étudiante et propose de multiples services pour aider les étudiants (logements, santé...). Je recommande +++ !
