Il y a un an j'achète des bottines; cette année semelle fendue sur toute la largeur (bottines portées 6 mois pas tous les jours). Le service client contacté par mail m'indique qu'il s'agit d'un défaut, m'invite à me rendre en boutique pour avoir ou échange. Entre temps la "manager" de Jonak Lille me contacte: je n'ai jamais eu affaire à quelqu'un d'aussi hautain. Après passage en boutique à sa demande, elle qualifie mes chaussures d'usée et que le problème vient d'une usure normale et avoue à 1/2 mot que les chaussures ne sont donc pas de bonne qualité. Elle me dit solliciter "son" service client. 3 semaines après ma visite en boutique n'ayant pas de nouvelle je la relance ainsi que le service client par mail. Ce dernier me répond qu'effectivement après échange avec la manager il s'agit d'une usure normale. Service client n'ayant aucune parole donc et chaussures de mauvaise qualité malgré le prix et le design des boutiques.
