"Merci de bien vouloir renvoyer votre sac pour 10 semaines en atelier en précisant chacun des défauts afin de voir s'il est possible de corriger le défaut". Pas de dédommagement, pas de remise, payer l'article 500 euros et débrouillez-vous.Etant donné le prix que l'on met pour un article, la moindre des choses et de se soucier de la satisfaction de ses clients.L'avis est mis sur la boutique du dernier achat, mais concerne aussi bien la boutique du printemps Haussman (PARIS).
