Malgré les sms et mails m'indiquant que la commande était prête pour enlèvement, une fois en magasin un seul des quatre sets était présent.Dans de nombreux magasins, on m'aurait expliqué que j'étais victime d'un bug informatique et que les articles n'étaient plus disponibles. Désolé et au revoir.Mais la responsable de ce magasin à immédiatement essayé de trouver une solution en contactant d'autres points de vente, parvenant à trouver deux des trois sets manquants. Le lendemain elle me contactait pour m'indiquer avoir trouvé le dernier set manquant.Service client exceptionnel.Merci à dreamland pour ses prix très concurrentiels et à cette responsable pour son amabilité et son efficacité.
