Pierres & Tradition en Luberon: Très bel établissement avec un accueil chaleureux.Petit bémol cependant concernant la chambre dans laquelle nous étions : partie SPA, immeuble très récent ( alors qu'à l'origine c'était plutôt l'ancien qui nous attirait ). Vue sur la Rue, au premier étage, donc impossible d'ouvrir les rideaux (voiles), et les rideaux occultant laissent passer la lumière malgré tout ( réveil à 6H du matin ) . Un petit effort également sur le ménage qui serait à parfaire et notamment pour un 5 étoiles. Cet avis, je l'espère, aidera à faire avancer ce bel établissement qui mériterait à mon sens, d'un peu plus de rigueur.

AHGH: This is a great hotel with many pros but also a number of problems. If they fix the problems, this hotel can be the reason for many guests to come back to Lille city and enjoy a luxury stay, including myself.The building is huge and impressive with lots of historical character, and given its renovations, it is a beautiful blend of modern and classic architecture. It literally has places for you to explore, like a little museum, with beautiful green courtyards, old spaces that resemble a classic church or gathering area, and lots of architectural details, including sculptures. There is even a modern bar with nice, contemporary furniture.The room I had was large and beautiful with a unique layout and a beautiful modern bathroom. It had a cute classic space in the sleeping area with French furniture and a comfy bed. Even in the bedroom, there were some nice attention to details such as beautiful French picture frames, wooden walls, and exposed old wooden structures. The hotel has a cute pool and spa rooms that are all modern and nicely designed. The staff were also professional, kind, and helpful. A guy at the reception even gave me a tour. The hotel also has very good access to key areas. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will recommend it for a very unique experience.There were some drawbacks too. Firstly, in the breakfast room, although the space was beautiful and historical and even the choice of French furniture was nice, the breakfast itself was very modest with very limited options. All the hot items had below average quality, and the plates and glasses were not as clean as I wanted. But the croissants and sweet stuff were very nice, though overall the breakfast didn't give me a luxury or 5-star vibe at all. Some of the modern art painting pieces across the hotel spaces were cheap and should be replaced with more authentic modern art paintings. In some of the old parts of the building, they have only painted the old walls to make it feel fresh with dark colors, instead of exposing the original bricks, and it kinda felt a little spooky in some of these areas, such as some of the corridors. The bathroom basin was made of a nice stone but was not perfectly cleaned. Some appliances, such as the hairdryer, were old and not up to standards. The same goes for the equipment to make tea or coffee, which were not at a 5-star level. The TV is located in the wrong place, so it's not practical to watch TV. The Wi-Fi internet was sometimes very poor. Overall, more effort is needed to bring a luxury feeling to the rooms, corridors, and the breakfast

E F: J'avais réservé le restaurant pour 2 personnes hier soir dans ce très bel endroit à l'ambiance relaxante.Le parking de l'hôtel nous a permis de ne pas tourner interminablement dans Lille.Nous avons pris l'apéritif dans les salons du bar.Nous avons été accueillis par le barman qui était d'une gentillesse, attention et professionnalisme exceptionnels.Nous sommes ensuite passés au restaurant où nous nous sommes régalés, tout était parfait et délicieux de plus avec des serveuses très prévenantes souriantes et attentionnés.Le réceptionniste était également très souriant et bienveillant.Bref nous avons passé une merveilleuse soirée grâce à la qualité du personnel de cet endroit atypique et à la qualité de la prestation avec de plus un excellent rapport qualité/prix.C'est certain nous y reviendrons !
Emily Dobry: This was a lovely location. It was once a convent that is now a hotel. Absolutely gorgeous architecture. The location is within walking distance of many wonderful sites in Lille, including the citadel. The staff was friendly and helpful. We went in late June, though, and the rooms did not have air conditioning, so it was very hot at night. Aside from the heat, was pleasant and comfortable, and the free breakfast was fantastic.

Chaleur insupportable dans les parties communes. Erik Sudre: Quelle déception ! Ne mérite plus 4*J'ai passé 2 jours en convention (sans y dormir) au Couvent des Mimimes.Arrivée à l'hôtel : La cour de réception a l'extérieur est un vulgaire parking. On se croirait à l'arrière d'hôpital ou d'une caserne. Moche.Réception de l'hôtel : on voit que ça a été un établissement de standing, mais ce n'est très frais. Dans les vitrines de souvenirs, des bouquets en fleurs sèches qui s'efritrent, poussière sur les etages. Receptioniste pas très aimable.Arrivé dans le cloître, très belle bâtisse, ça a de l'allure !En revanche, entre le bar central, la mezzanine, les paravents pour l'espace restaurant et petit déjeuner, c'est très confus et cela fait bricolage des espaces.Le barman est débordé : une table de 6 a côté de moi... Il fait 3 fois le va et vient pour servir : les plateaux n'existent pas ici. J'attends 15mn mon cocktail. Le barman ne connait pas la recette, il est le nez dessus, derrière son comptoir.Dîner le soir : ce n'est pas bon, et le dessert est une sorte de gâteau spongieux au chocolat, là, mauvais. C'est de la nourriture type collectivités, servi à la mode restaurant chic.Le lendemain, déjeuner du séminaire sur le mode buffet/cocktails : joli aspect, mais carrément pas bon ! Au secours. Sauf 2 ou trois canapés sales et les miniardises sucrées. Première fois que je vois une sorte de poubelle de table a côté des plateaux où certaines personnes on recraché les canapés...Bref une catastrophe.Seul bon point : belle salle de réunion, climatisée (ce n'est pas le cas du cloître ou il faut bien chaud en été '..) et bon équipement vidéo.Cet établissement n'est absolument plus au niveau de sa réputation passée.A éviter, SURTOUT LA RESTAURATION.

Would recommend staying more central. The hotel was probably the most disappointing experience of our trip.

Points positifs :- le petit-déjeuner buffet (complet, suffisant, de bonne qualité) situé au niveau -1- la décoration de l'hôtel et de la chambre (avis subjectif mais les photos lors de la réservation correspondent à la réalité ; cet hôtel a du cachet)- la propreté des lieux (on n'a pas particulièrement trouvé de traces d'un manque d'entretien)- le personnel (jeune, accueillant et chaleureux, notamment le personnel du petit-déjeuner et la femme de ménage qu'on a croisé)- l'offre consistant à recevoir une boisson offerte par personne si on ne demande pas particulièrement de ménage pour notre chambre (plutôt original)- la présence de terrasse au fond de l'entrée de l'hôtel- le calme de la rue dans laquelle est implanté l'hôtel Points négatifs :- le parquet qui grince énormément ! Dans la chambre le sol est recouvert d'un tapis/d'une moquette mais en dessous il y a du parquet et il s'avère que celui-ci grince. Non seulement on entend chaque pas dans notre propre chambre et salle de bain, mais également les pas d'autrui dans le couloir et à l'étage supérieur (on était au 2e étage, sur 3 au total). Le but de ce séjour était de se reposer donc on a passé pas mal de temps dans la chambre et un moment donné ce bruit de parquet est vraiment devenu embêtant, matin, soir comme nuit.- la chambre standard que nous avons eu était particulièrement petite dans le sens où il y avait à peine assez d'espace pour se déplacer autour du lit qui était en face d'une petite table. Clairement chaque meuble avait sa place précise car en réalité il n'y avait pas assez d'espace pour les agencer autrement. On avait juste assez pour placer nos 2 valises de taille moyenne....- la télévision de taille un peu petite à noter goût mais surtout le fait qu'elle ne soit pas très actuelle (impossibilité de caster, pas de Netflix ou Amazon Prime de disponible non plus ; en soi, ce n'est pas primordial pour tous, j'en suis consciente mais ça fait la différence)Au final, je recommande totalement mais surtout aux personnes qui ne comptent pas rester la majorité de leurs journées dans leur chambre et celles qui n'ont pas le sommeil léger.Rooms: Chambre standard assez petite et encombréeMais jolie salle de bain avec grand miroir fonctionnel
