Steven Binic: Chambre 205 pour une nuit. Deuxième étage, fenêtre (qui ouvre) sur petite cour intérieure (très calme donc), spacieuse, identique aux photos de l'établissement, clim silencieuse et facile d'utilisation, propreté exceptionnelle, tout le nécessaire dans l'espace cuisine en termes d'ustensiles et vaisselle, grand lit douillet et grand téléviseur. SURTOUT l'accueil, chaleureux, souriant. Mise à disposition de livres, jeux, accessoires de cuisine (un plat à raclette par exemple lors de ce séjour), déco... il n'y a qu'à se servir, sans façons. Toujours au rdc un espace cuisine partagée, avec tout le nécessaire pour ceux/celles qui préfèrent diner hors chambre. Grand espace lumineux pour cette cuisine et le petit dej buffet (que je n'ai pas pris mais semblait très bien garni). Quelques bières et boissons au frais pour l'apéritif. En conclusion, un rapport qualité/ accueil/ prix très très raisonnable (moins de 120 euros à ce jour). Espérons que profitant de tous ces bons commentaires les prix ne soient pas revus à la hausse! Trevor To: nice room as usual with second door between living area and the communal corridor which screens out all the noise from the corridor. our room faces one of the internal courtyards and was very quiet at night. no pigeons or birds singing early in the morning or drunken crowd.Food & drinks: there's plenty of breakfast places around so think if you want to pay for the hotel one. you can also get nice pastry, fruit and yoghurt from the Intermarche supermarket which is 3 minutes walk away. note the reception can't sell alcohol after 10pm, so you have to go to the nearby bars.

Les chambres sont très sale (il a fallu nettoyer nous même la cuvette des WC qui était pleine d'éclaboussure d'urine, le fond est plein de je ne sais pas quoi de croûte marrons et pour couronner le tout, ne cherché pas de brosse WC car il y en a pas) Des trous et des tâches sur les murs, le manque d'ampoules dans certaines lampes de chevet, un petit bureau à nettoyer soit même également, un rideau de douche qui tient à moitié avec des projections de on ne sait pas non plus, des stores avec des trous qui ne tienne qu'avec soit un morceau de ficelle ou alors le crochet d'un porte manteau. Bref je me suis fier à la bonne note de booking.com et je n'y remettrai jamais plus les pieds. 2 chambres de loué et aucune pour rattraper l'autre 😡

(special mention for the receptionists ☺)The prestige suite was very well decorated and clean overall. Maybe a little touch-up of paint in some places damaged by time would be good. A little deep cleaning of the sofa as well. But nothing serious that prevented us from enjoying it. The bedding is of good quality, the air conditioning is pleasant and not noisy for the night, it's perfect. The mini bar with a local apple juice and cakes was a very good idea (for a little night craving of a pregnant woman). The room service is very good although there were small easily rectifiable order errors.The breakfast is very correct, local and quality products, fresh squeezed orange juice. There is sweet, salty without going too much into opulence.The Brasserie "Ma Reine" is very pleasant, with good local and fresh products. Pleasant and quick service.Big flat on the baby beds which are from another age. I preferred to pay a supplement and have a mattress worthy of a 4*. Nous avons reçu un mail confirmant que notre demande a été acceptée.Découverte le jour même, au milieu des nuits d’émeutes qu’aucune place de parking n’a été réservée. Standardiste incapable de me dire si les nuits d’avant, l’hôtel avait été concerné par les émeutes.Sa réponse « je serai ravi d’annuler votre réservation » sur un ton on ne peut plus méprisant. Ravi d’effectuer une annulation sans remboursement biensur. Et quoi encore ?Il faudrait revoir votre façon d’accueillir vos clients. Parmentier Solenn: - L'hôtel est très beau, bien situer, on peut facilement prendre les transports en commun (métro, bus) où tout faire à pied, tout se trouve à proximité. Une belle décoration du hall d'entrée, dans le style vintage et coloré, on s'y sens bien. Nous avons était accueillie à la réception chaleureusement, personelle gentille, à l'écoute de ses client(e)s, on ressens une bonne ambiance.Séjour très bien pour nous, merci :).Négatif :Manque peut être un petit frigo dans la chambre.Parking- indisponible apparemment sur réservation manque de place... Bon après il y'a un parking à quelques minutes seulement de l'hôtel, nous avons payer 16. 80 € pour 24H au parking. Et des places autour, c'est un petit bémol mais cela n'a en rien gâché notre séjour.On vous conseille cette établissement pour votre séjour à Lille :).

The bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom was great as well. Also, I would like to command Caroline, my host, which was kind, available for any question and so caring (she even brought in a fan and a coffee capsules).
