Pierres & Tradition en Luberon: Très bel établissement avec un accueil chaleureux.Petit bémol cependant concernant la chambre dans laquelle nous étions : partie SPA, immeuble très récent ( alors qu'à l'origine c'était plutôt l'ancien qui nous attirait ). Vue sur la Rue, au premier étage, donc impossible d'ouvrir les rideaux (voiles), et les rideaux occultant laissent passer la lumière malgré tout ( réveil à 6H du matin ) . Un petit effort également sur le ménage qui serait à parfaire et notamment pour un 5 étoiles. Cet avis, je l'espère, aidera à faire avancer ce bel établissement qui mériterait à mon sens, d'un peu plus de rigueur.

AHGH: This is a great hotel with many pros but also a number of problems. If they fix the problems, this hotel can be the reason for many guests to come back to Lille city and enjoy a luxury stay, including myself.The building is huge and impressive with lots of historical character, and given its renovations, it is a beautiful blend of modern and classic architecture. It literally has places for you to explore, like a little museum, with beautiful green courtyards, old spaces that resemble a classic church or gathering area, and lots of architectural details, including sculptures. There is even a modern bar with nice, contemporary furniture.The room I had was large and beautiful with a unique layout and a beautiful modern bathroom. It had a cute classic space in the sleeping area with French furniture and a comfy bed. Even in the bedroom, there were some nice attention to details such as beautiful French picture frames, wooden walls, and exposed old wooden structures. The hotel has a cute pool and spa rooms that are all modern and nicely designed. The staff were also professional, kind, and helpful. A guy at the reception even gave me a tour. The hotel also has very good access to key areas. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will recommend it for a very unique experience.There were some drawbacks too. Firstly, in the breakfast room, although the space was beautiful and historical and even the choice of French furniture was nice, the breakfast itself was very modest with very limited options. All the hot items had below average quality, and the plates and glasses were not as clean as I wanted. But the croissants and sweet stuff were very nice, though overall the breakfast didn't give me a luxury or 5-star vibe at all. Some of the modern art painting pieces across the hotel spaces were cheap and should be replaced with more authentic modern art paintings. In some of the old parts of the building, they have only painted the old walls to make it feel fresh with dark colors, instead of exposing the original bricks, and it kinda felt a little spooky in some of these areas, such as some of the corridors. The bathroom basin was made of a nice stone but was not perfectly cleaned. Some appliances, such as the hairdryer, were old and not up to standards. The same goes for the equipment to make tea or coffee, which were not at a 5-star level. The TV is located in the wrong place, so it's not practical to watch TV. The Wi-Fi internet was sometimes very poor. Overall, more effort is needed to bring a luxury feeling to the rooms, corridors, and the breakfast

Ognjen Zobenica: Amazing place. Personnel at reception was extremely helpfull and kind.I would like to thank them for all the recommemdations with regards to restaurants and extended check-out. Breakfast had a variety of hot dishes which we enjoyed. Bed was really comfortable and room was impeccable with an old charm. Hotel seemed like a museum so we felt overwhelmed with emotions every time we walked around.

Tatiana Medina Bruni: L'hôtel est vraiment beau et le personnel est adorable ! Les chambres sont belles et confortables (j'ai très bien dormi) et l'emplacement est très pratique. Le spa est au top, j'ai même testé un soin et je recommande à 100% !!! Le petit-déjeuner est très bon et copieux. Mention spéciale à Thomas, Andrés, Gaspard et Nina qui ont tout fait pour que je passe un excellent moment même si c'était pour une seule nuit, merci à eux. Je reviendrai c'est sûr !

Christophe Hobeur: Tout y est pour y être bien. Des l accueil le personnel est agréable, petite visite guidé avec histoire de la bâtisse jusqu'à la chambre. Le lieu est beau, refait et le mélange de style (brique du nord, ancien,moderne) se mélange très bien.La literie est très bonne, on y dort bien et on se laisse guidé pour une bonne nuit.Petit déjeuner comme le reste, personnel au petits soins, service au top et qualité du buffet très bonne.Le bar est lui agréable, on y est bien installé sous une verrière vairé avec un passage de soleil qui chauffe un peu, choix des alcool assez grand avec un choix très large pour les spiritueux.La piscine est elle très agréable, l eau y est à bonne température, le tout inox reflette la lumière bleu transmise par l éclairage, elle n est pas olympique et même loi. Mais on y est très bien.Séjour à refaire au vu des prestations

Olivier Goossens: Our stay was OK for one night. We didn't sleep very well because our room was too hot, without any decent aircon or the possibility to open the window. Shower and TV were broken. I would rate the hotel 3* instead of 4*.At the breakfast unfortunately I had a piece of glass in my fruit salad, which lead to bleeding gums in my mouth. We told the waitress, but she simply didn't care. It made the rest of our day in Lille very unpleasant. I cannot help but feel that this incident was handled in a very unprofessional way by the staff.

Danny Balbini: I have looked at the other reviews, and honestly don't understand why there are such negative reviews of this city-centre establishment.We hit a crisis with the Eurostar. This lovely little hotel was booked for us by the Eurostar because it's apparently the hotel that the staff stay at when traveling.Less than 2 minutes walk from the Lille train station, this hotel was accommodating from the very moment we walked in. A calming oasis in the busy city center, with calm lo-fi playing and smiley and friendly staff behind the check-in desk and bar for drinks. The attendant booked us in quickly, handed us our room key and added "You've got the best room", exactly what we want to hear.The executive suite was spacious, with good wifi, a large bathroom and drinks and snacks waiting for us. It was so silent after a day of stress that you could watch the busy city down below but hear only a pin drop.The shower in the morning was clean and powerful, exactly what you needed after a soft and quiet night's sleep in the spacious double bed. I can't give it a 5 star review however, because there are plenty of other hotel rooms I've stayed in that are much better.We woke up feeling like the staff had looked after us, and thanked them in the morning for their service.A really great hotel for a city transfer after the Eurostar.
