Valentin Dedrie: Je suis allé mangé au Fleur le 3 juin 2023 au soir. C’était à l’occasion d’un anniversaire, nous étions 13 au total. L’endroit est plutôt sympa, rien à dire. J’ai commandé le trio de tartare en formule plat-dessert(sans boisson). Une formule à 29€, prix plutôt correct. Je mange mon premier tartare, tout va bien. Arrive le deuxième tartare, en mangeant ce dernier j’ai retrouvé un morceau de plastique assez grand et surtout assez pointu. Je ne veux pas imaginer si je l’avais avalé. Suite à ça, j’appelle directement le chef de salle (soixantaine d’années, grisonnant avec une moustache). Il vient à notre table, il récupère le morceau de plastique et part en cuisine. Pas un mot, pas une excuse. J’ai du l’interpeller pour demander des comptes, il m’a dit qu’on verrait à la fin du repas. Suite à cela, appétit coupé, je n’ai pas terminé mon assiette. Ce monsieur ne m’a meme pas proposé de remplacer mon assiette, car selon lui j’avais mangé les 3/4 du plat. À la fin du repas le chef de salle envoie un de ses employés à notre table. Il me dit « on vous fait 10% sur votre formule ». 10% sur une formule à 29€, c’est un peu se moquer du monde. Je suis donc allé voir directement ce monsieur. On avait une table de 13 personnes, commandé plusieurs bouteilles de vin, etc… Me proposer 10% (2,90€ sur le formule), c’était un peu la goute d’eau qui a fait déborder le vase. Au final j’ai eu -25% toujours sur ma formule, mais bon, en bataillant avec lui pendant 5min. Bref fuyez ce restaurant, ce n’était pas un comportement professionnel.

Specifically, I looked at the few negative reviews received and the responses from the manager of this account. I admired that the restaurant stands up for their food, as the reality is that the customer does not necessarily always have to be right.I had a 3-course meal, and simply put it was of high-quality, well presented and delicious. You can easily notice that they really care about their food here.The starter was light and flavorful, the Welsh was generous and outstanding, and it is impossible to forget about the dessert which was the recommendation of the chef. Fantastic.As for the service, I was treated very well, and the servers had no issue speaking English.If I ever get the chance to come back to Lille, there is no doubt that I will be returning to this place!

Dani Moon: The food was really incredible, but the whole thing took far too long.We (as a party of 2) ordered the 7 course menu but all in all there are actually about 10 courses when you include aperitifs and pre dessert etc. We were there over 3 and a half hours, we were eating fast but there was often 30-40 minutes between courses making it feel very slow and long and not the standard I expected from a restaurant like this. By the time we finished the mains I was exhausted and tempted to skip the two dessert courses and just go home.The staff were friendly and very nice, explained all the menu and each course in English. Overall the kitchen just let down the experience on the timing of this as I didn’t expect to be the first into the restaurant and still there close to closing time.Overall, I probably would not go back or recommend this as an experience to friends and family despite the good food.

Lost Driver: Superbe Restaurant, la cuisine est ultra savoureuses et rapport qualité prix très intéressant. Petit bémol pour le service, pas toujours très agréable et le choix des bières très limité ! Néanmoins, ça vaut cinq étoiles pour les saveurs proposées.

leeroy ployaert: Nous y sommes allé pour les 40 ans d'un ami. Je tiens à signaler l'excellent accueil du jeune serveur, malgré le fait que nous étions un peu agité. Il a été très professionnel, patient et de bon conseil en plus d'être très souriant!Concernant les plats l'entrée a base de betteraves et de viande des Grisons était très bonne (et très joliment présentée).La pièce de boeuf grillée en plat était excellente, petit bémol par contre pour l'accompagnement de légumes sans vraiment de saveur et beaucoup trop cuits (quand les brocolis commencent à ressembler à une purée verte, c'est pas top, mais bon ça n'a pas non plus gâché le plat).Le café gourmand était top (j'avais du mal a choisir entre les desserts mais du coup c'était réglé avec le café gourmand qui propose les 3 desserts en version miniature, tous excellents)Bravo a l'équipe en cuisine et en salle.Je recommande !

Alain Nemnom: This restaurant is really good and not to miss in Lille.The beef steak is exceptional with the pepper sauce. The Welsh is also very good, u can really taste the beer in the cheese, that's what I loved the most about it. We also ordered some appetizers and everything was great. Service was also good and welcoming. Overall I would definitely go again and maybe try their burger and salmon platters.
