Dani Moon: The food was really incredible, but the whole thing took far too long.We (as a party of 2) ordered the 7 course menu but all in all there are actually about 10 courses when you include aperitifs and pre dessert etc. We were there over 3 and a half hours, we were eating fast but there was often 30-40 minutes between courses making it feel very slow and long and not the standard I expected from a restaurant like this. By the time we finished the mains I was exhausted and tempted to skip the two dessert courses and just go home.The staff were friendly and very nice, explained all the menu and each course in English. Overall the kitchen just let down the experience on the timing of this as I didn’t expect to be the first into the restaurant and still there close to closing time.Overall, I probably would not go back or recommend this as an experience to friends and family despite the good food.

Unfortunately, we didn’t understand why.We decided to order a light meal with drinks, got 2 cocktails, 2 beers, water and coke, as well as food. So we were really surprised to get only 1 cocktail and a beer. After a 30-minute wait and served food we asked again and the waiter got us the drinks. But the wrong ones, unfortunately. And not all of them AGAIN.At this point I realized that I’ll never try the desert ( and of course, the waiter forgot about it) and we had no desire to stay in the place where a waiter can’t even write down your order properly.Final thoughts: the food was plain and boring, we didn’t get to try the desert because the waiter forgot 50% of our order.That’s a shame, because when your food is really mediocre and overpriced you should at least have good service :(Oh and the picture, that’s a cocktail with BLUEBERRIES, ladies and gentlemen

Unfortunately, this wasn’t matched by the food.The starter, bread covered with roasted vegetables, was very tasty.The mains, tortellini stuffed with cheese with a truffle sauce and spaghetti with a seafood sauce (mussels, salted fish and octopus) were bad.The tortellini was not well made and could have been shop bought. We didnt finish this dish.The spaghetti was in a tomato sauce with salted fish, mussels & octopus. There was no salted fish visible in the sauce and the mussels didnt appear to have been cleaned. The tomato sauce was very gritty. The body of the octopus was very tough. After a couple of mouthfuls, this dish was left.The waiters tried to avoid coming to our table when they saw we had left the food. They did not try to rectify the situation or offer any apology.Not a good experience.

Er hangt een hele fijne sfeer en de gastheer en gastvrouw maken dat je je ongelofelijk welkom voelt.We kregen twee ongelofelijk smaakvolle en bijzondere amuses en daarna een voortreffelijk driegangenmenu met bijpassende -heerlijke- wijnen.Absoluut het bezoeken waard!

Compacte kaart. Gerechten waren uitstekend. Bekende ingredienten in een onverwachte uitvoering. Mooie wijnen. Attent personeel, dus wat wil je nog meer. Een echte aanrader! Heb echter wel een puntje van kritiek; het tempo was iets te hoog.

Malika TAALBI DEVILLE: Superb experience! We ate there with our 15 year old son and loved the 5 course menu. A little regret not having tried the 7 courses when we saw the pasta cooked in the wheel of parmesan cheese and flambéed. The dishes are full of taste and perfectly seasoned, The flavors are worked to perfection, the pre-dessert and the dessert were really great, the staff is very friendly, the service is efficient, the place is pretty. The value for money of this restaurant is really excellent. Highly recommend Le Jane! Thank you again for this good time!
