Le parking est très proche. 16€ pour une entrée, une sortie.Le personnel dans son ensemble est juste parfait. Ils sont tous serviables, accueillants, au petits soins. Un vrai bonheur!!! ( mention spéciale pour les réceptionnistes ☺)La suite prestige était très bien décoré et propre dans l'ensemble. Peut-être des petites retouches de peinture à certains endroits abîmé par le temps seraient bien. Un petit nettoyage du canapé en profondeur également. Mais rien de grave qui nous a empêchés d'en profiter. La literie est de bonne qualité, la clim est agréable et non bruyante pour la nuit, c'est parfait. Le mini bar avec un jus de pommes locale et des gâteaux fut une très bonne idée( pour une petite fringale nocturne d'une femme enceinte). Le room service est très bien bien qu'il y eu des petites erreurs de commandes facilement rectifiables.Le pdj est très correct, des produits locaux et de qualité, des jus d'Orange pressés frais. Il y a du sucré, du salé sans trop aller dans l'opulence.La Brasserie "Ma reine" est très agréable, avec de bons produits locaux et frais. Service agréable et rapide.Gros bémol sur les lits bébé qui sont d'un autre âge. Je préférai payer un supplément et avoir un matelas digne d'un 4*. Pour conclure je recommande cet hôtel qui mérite amplement ses 4* et j'espère que le patron offre des primes aux réceptionnistes au vue de tous les autres commentaires.☺

Il faut venir à Lille, déjà parce que c'est une ville extraordinaire, mais aussi pour séjourner à l'arbre voyageur.C'était notre troisième escapade, nous venions pour l'anniversaire de ma femme, et l'hôtel a toujours une attention particulière dans ce cas. Un grand merci !Tout y est fait avec bon goût, sympathie, souci du détail et beauté. L'hôtel est très soucieux de la protection de l'environnement et propose un concept intéressant, consistant à choisir de renouveler le linge de bain moins fréquemment, donnant ainsi accès à une sélection de boissons à savourer au bar, via un système de jetons à remettre au barman.J'ai réservé sur le site de l'hôtel, ce qui nous a donné droit à une bouteille de bière de dégustation délivrée à la chambre. Pour tout dire je n'en avais pas conscience et c'était une très bonne surprise, largement appréciée.Deux restaurants, dont un semi gastro sont accessibles au rez-de-chaussée, mais n'oubliez pas de réserver. Si toutefois vous n'aviez pas le courage de descendre tant les chambres sont confortables et accueillantes, vous pourrez disposer du room service.Régalez vous au colibri, pâtisserie boulangerie située au rez-de-chaussée également et proposant des pâtisseries de très haut niveau gastronomique.Depuis peu les animaux sont acceptés et c'est avec grand plaisir que nous sommes venus nous prélasser en week-end avec notre chat, qui aurait mis cinq étoiles également si il avait pu. Il avait même son écuelle prévue, en arrivant dans la chambre.Vraiment cet hôtel est une merveille.Je recommande bien évidemment.

Vincent: I enjoyed my stay in this hotel both for the quality of the reception and that of the bedding.Varied breakfast, it would be perfect if it were possible to have it on the terrace in summer.
Niamh: Friendly staff who were very welcoming, however, there was a constant stench of sewage coming from the shower and the room was tiny. The door literally hit the bed as you opened it. I felt ill in the mornings from the smell in the bathroom. Avoid staying on the 3rd floor and beware of the location - we were approached on multiple occasions within a short space of time, which made the area feel unsafe. Would recommend staying more central. The hotel was probably the most disappointing experience of our trip.
Cat Le Roy: I had a very pleasant stay in this very beautiful hotel located in an old mansion. It is located 25 mins walk from the Grand Place de Lille and close to a metro station. The rooms are comfortable and the service very attentive. And breakfast offers a variety of quality products.

Osialisateur: Good location. Breakfast offered as a buffet. The restaurant meal was delicious. I opted for Room Service. Attentive and available staff. Free private parking!I recommend this hotel without hesitation
